Very delicious treats and friendly service. I attached photos to show you the current prices and how awesome everything looks. Some of the best treats I have ever tasted. They make fresh donuts, pies, bread, muffins, rolls, etc every day.

I make the 17 mile trip (one way) for their pies. I haven’t had their other baked goods- bread, cookies, doughnuts, or sweet breads-or their hot beverages, but the other customers I spoke with tell me I should.
They recently celebrated Easy As Pie Day(1-23) and offered up full size and mini pies in a variety of new and unusual flavors. I bought full and mini sizes pies for me and to share. I wasn’t disappointed in my custard pie and the others were gobbled up too.

So today, I decided to try the Doughbox bakery since yesterday I went to lange’s bakery. The Doughbox was great. The donuts were normal size, maybe a tad bigger and the cookies (I had the oatmeal raisin) actually have flavor. I got 6 donuts, a cookie and a 12 oz coffee. My total was only $15.
Yesterday at Lange’s (see my review for them) I got 4 donuts, 2 cookies and my total was $10.
In my opinion the Doughbox Bakery far outweighs any other bakery in Archbold, Ohio
You must try it!!! You will not be disappointed.

Stopped in twice over our four day stay. Both times a portion of what we purchased did not seem fresh. I believe things stay on there shelves two or three days.

Cinnamon rolls are incredible. Prices are very fair. Their coffee is good and the kids love their chocolate chip cookies. We probably make the trip 4-6 times a year and never been disappointed. Plenty of parking surrounding the bakery.

We occasionally splurge and get cinnamon rolls here. They are HEAVENLY. They’re also as big as our heads! Seriously. Every bit of them is perfectly made. Grab a gourmet latte while you’re there for the ultimate treat. It’s also the best gift for the teacher’s lounge, hospital nurses, party hostesses, and any other group you want to thank. When my family from out-of-town visits, their visit isn’t complete without a roll. I hear they also have other wonderful baked goods, but who even cares?

I know the locals love this place, which is great that they support their local businesses! As someone that camps here and visits on occasion, I prefer to make the drive somewhere else for a good iced coffee or bakery item. The bakery items all look amazing, but we’ve tried many items and have just never been impressed. The cookies taste like salt and the donuts taste like frosted white bread. As an ice coffee lover, I never met an iced coffee I didn’t love until I ordered from here and I actually forced the third sip before just dumping it out. I’m so sorry guys, I want to love you and give you 5 stars!! There are a couple really great friendly employees! Others are there strictly to pay the bills lol.

All of 2024 we came from delta early Saturday mornings at least 2x a month in fog snow rain heat we didn’t care to buy donuts and cinnamon rolls as we loved them. In October we started noticing a change in quality and quantity and they expressed they were having employment issues. So we stopped coming in November. Well this past friday we had to be in Archbold so I said let’s get donuts and rolls. We were very disappointed they ALL looked like they had been left in the fryer way to long as they were all very dark brown. We always get the same items 2 donuts and a roll each. I Wouldn’t recommend going if the quality we received this time is what they are putting out $12 and I threw one donut away the other had only the size of a quarter creme in it as I peeled the top off to look because I kept saying where is the creme. They use to be full! My Cinnamon roll was so dry and the icing would crack and fall off I could barely get a fork in it, it was so hard. My husbands Maple walnut cinnamon roll was so tiny they use to barely be able to get the lid shut this was the size of my palm. It has never been like this as I said we started in Jan of 2024 coming over at least 2 times a month for our Saturday morning donuts. We froze donuts for the 2nd week and they were still good. These ones we tried Saturday morning were not of quality I would recommend. Very sad that $12 went in the trash. Please bring back the soft, full lots of icing large products we loved!

Very fun place in a very fun place. Was so excited because everyone was telling me what a great place this is. The donuts are more like the texture of a hamburger bun. Flavor is good, helping is plentiful. Cookies…not very flavorful. Molasses cookies were dry and not great texture. Oatmeal raisin – almost tasteless and a lack of plentiful raisins. Chocolate chip cookies…get a new recipe. Peanut butter rice crispy treat…Oh man…these are why you come here.
