If zero stars were an option that’s what i’d give. Pulled into the drive thru and was INTENTIONALLY ignored. I could hear the workers AND manager talking crap about me. I pull to the window and am told i cannot have a trailer in the drive thru. There is NO sign stating such a thing. My truck was under the height requirement & i didn’t have a super long trailer attached. They refused to take my order unless i parked in the parking lot and came inside. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL & will NOT be coming back. Find better people to work under food establishments that require interacting with the public. -1000/10.

Went into the diner and there were several other people in there, the person who was bringing out the food was throwing it, a young lady called him out for it and he was extremely rude to her. the young worker also destroyed my taco and when i asked politely if i could get a different one he mocked me. Extremely rude guy i didnt read his name tag but he was a shorter mexican with curly dark brown hair, if a manager sees this please fire the beamer.

We came in. Then we waited. Then we went to the bathroom and waited. The whole time no one was there. Then after waiting some more, a lady said we are kiosk only. That’s fine. Why don’t you have a sign that says please use the kiosk. Or say when a customer comes in to use the kiosk when ready to order. Time is one of the most valuable resources in the world.

Went in with my family for food, after waiting for 10min for someone to come to the front computers, we were asked “do you need help ordering from the kiosk?” In a very rude tone. They then informed us they did not take orders that we must order on the kiosk. So we began to order from the kiosk and after almost our family has put in their order, the kiosk vegan freezing. We told the worker and she says “yeah it does that”. So after waiting for the machine to unfreeze, we just ended up leaving and going to mcdonlds.

10/10 dining experience, quick to get order to food in hand, food was HOT and crispy, and prepared in front of us. Great execution and great presentation from the two ladies working on 08/17/25. if i ever want taco bell i’ll always go to this one first

Love the Taco bell in Marlette but I’m sorry $11 for the meal and the main dish is so burnt it’s really inedible! You can not tell me the person making this thought it would be good.

Order a double chalupa meal combo with only meat cheese add nacho cheese rice.. came back with lettuce and shredded cheese tomatoes on all orders. Even gave them a special request still made order wrong
