We love visiting Oklahoma to ridenrivers and see sites. We stopped by Wendy’s to catch a quick bite and was really disappointed . I had a really big issue with the cleanliness of the place. They had several employees, but they did not attend to any of the restaurant needs inside. Dirty tables and trash were everywhere, and they did not want to take orders at the counter. They made my wife’s food wrong and see didn’t ask for it to be remade. She only ask for the things left off. She was totally ignored, and when she did get their attention, the was so high he could only laugh. Broken Bow, please step it up with your fast food restaurantsq

I tend to choose Wendy’s because I have the feeling that the ingredients are fresher than the other big chains. I like how easy it is to customize your meal on the app and I enjoy getting points towards free food. They’re usually convenient and comfortable, especially the newer layouts.
The problem is that the food tends to be inconsistently bad or good. I’ve had some great Wendy’s meals where the crew was on top of their game, the burgers were assembled properly and the chicken nuggets were hot. That wasn’t today.
I ordered my sandwich without the bun as I’m on keto. The cook did a great job and even provided extra packets of mayo and ketchup in the bag for me. The problems were that the burger patties were way over cooked. Almost hard. And the chicken nuggets were barely warm.
So yes, “I’ve experienced better” and I would not choose this Wendy’s again.

Excellent food. I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich with ghost pepper.
Just a serious observation, the bathrooms smelled horrible at pee. It was so gross.

If company management is reading this, please know this place DISGRACES Wendy’s name. I contacted the staff here about “how much is a burger” and they literally could not understand after I asked three times. They thought I was saying “can I talk to Amber”. Such terrible miscommunication makes me want to drive to Dallas to get a burger.

The lady who runs the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment. My husband asked about a mistake with his lemonade and she acted like he cursed at her for asking a simple question. He didn’t want to pay $4 for a lemonade and wasn’t rude.

The dinner time manager Jared was so nice. They mis made my burger two times and he personally oversaw them making it the last time and brought it to me very quickly. He was very nice and professional. A+ service to correct a mistake.

Attitude at the window from the employee. Didn’t get straws or napkins. Didn’t get brownies in my expensive frosty and they didn’t give me a spoon for it either and when we went back in to get them they were not pleasant about it. Filled the bag full of sweet and sour sauce though for 4 nuggets. Will not return.
