We recently visited The Peach Cobbler Factory in Land O’ Lakes and had a wonderful experience! There were so many options to choose from, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the ordering system was menu-based, not like an ice cream parlor as we initially expected.
They also offer food truck services for private events, which is a nice touch if you’re planning something special in the area.
The restaurant itself was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of seating for its size. We were able to park easily in a lot with adequate spaces, including handicap spots, and it’s conveniently located near the main road with good lighting.
As for the treats, we tried the peach cobbler, which was delicious, and my daughter requested vanilla ice cream with cheesecake bites. While it wasn’t a menu item, the staff was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to make it happen. We really appreciated their willingness to make sure she got something she would enjoy!
A Couple of Tips:
• If you’re ordering multiple orders of churros, keep in mind that the wait time may be a bit longer since they can only process a couple of churro orders at a time.
• If you want to take ice cream home or have it delivered, they can freeze it extra hard to ensure it stays frozen until you get home.
Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be returning to try more of their offerings. Highly recommend!

This place is a little hidden gem! I got the Cherry Cobbler with vanilla ice cream and a brownie with chocolate chip butter cream and they both were excellent! The place is clean and cute, the staff or person I had the pleasure to do business with was so sweet and so kind! I hope more people check this place out! Hope she has an amazing birthday today! I took to go ate the brownie on Saturday, and last night ate all the cobbler and ice cream. I was in heaven I miss cobbler! Run dont walk such a nice place to grab a dessert! The brownies are huge and perfect texture!

Update: I already went back and tried the banana pudding. Wow. This is a local family owned restaurant, support local and get some fantastic desert! ,,,,,,,,,,,, Amazing. I’m not sure how I never had heard of The Peach Cobbler Factory, but I’m glad I found it. Cobbler is tough to find, great cobbler even more difficult. The Peach Cobbler Factory is great. I highly recommend this place for everyone to try. If in doubt, get the cinnamon peach praline. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t speak for all locations but this one is where you want to stop at! From the food to the owner. The cobblers are amazing and the vanilla ice cream that comes with it is delicious! The milk shake I had was great and the banana pudding we tried tasted really good. And the cheese cake soooo smooth. It’s so good you will want to try everything!

Friendly, open atmosphere, moderate seating area, drinks available and cold. Definitely a specialty place with an excellent niche! They offer catering and this year, they will be open on Christmas day! They have an app to download and offer rewards points.

WOW! Best brownie my wife has ever had and the cobblers were outstanding. Highly recommend for a stop in when you’re wanting a delicious dessert.
Our family, party of 8, stopped in to this location on a Saturday afternoon in January, 2025 and we all left with big smiles and full bellies.
While we waited outside for the last few to arrive, the staff was kind enough to bring us all a sample of their banana pudding, which was delicious.
The cobbler-ista was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain to us how everything worked as we were first time guests.
The prices looked a little high at first, but for the cobblers, that includes a side of ice cream and for the brownies and cookies, the serving size is enormous. I’d suggest getting a few different items and sharing. You will have plenty of leftovers if you order 1 per person.
All in all, a great experience with delicious desserts. We live in Ocala but visit Tampa often and this will be added to our places we must stop before heading home.

The cobbler sampler is such a great way to get a taste of a few of the cobblers at a time. The owners and staff are very friendly and the whole atmosphere was inviting. The peach, cherry, blackberry, and caramel apple were all delicious. Their peach tea is so good. The peach ice cream is just as delicious. I can’t wait to go back to taste all the other delicious looking menu items. They have waffles, churros sticks, brownies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, shakes, pudding, and more. I’m so glad to have a different dessert shop to go to.

This place is amazing! The deserts are delicious. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are even more amazing! We got a coupon in the mail and that’s how we found this place and feel so thankful that we did. We got 4 different flavors of the cobbler and 1 banana pudding and they were all soooo good!! The Peach Cobbler Factory! WOW! What a great addition to the Land O’ Lakes area. From the moment we entered we were greeted almost as if we were family. The gentleman behind the counter (the owner from what we gathered) was super informative and explained all the possible combinations, flavors and items.
Let me start by saying I’m not a huge “peach cobbler or peachy” flavor liking kinda guy so I ordered the Banana Pudding. The Banana Pudding tasted like grandma made it homemade and fresh. Awesome flavor, taste and texture.
My wife on the other hand loves peach anything so she got the Peach Cobbler/Ice Cream with cake mix in. She loved it and can’t wait to try another variation of cobbler.
We’re also looking forward to trying the milkshake options they have as well as the cookies so look out Crumble Cookie The Peach Cobbler Factory is now open. Speaking of open we were told they were still in a “soft open mode”, with the Grand Opening being this Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving.
