Placed an online order and when I arrived, they couldn’t find it. Turns out, they did receive but I had put a pick up time erroneously for an hour later. An employee (manager?) quickly addressed and identified the issue and offered to immediately have them prepared. Less than 15 minutes later, I was on my way! Great service, thanks!
Second, I tried the califlower crust as I’m on a low carb way of eating. Only comes in small size and was VERY good. We’ve always had great pizzas from Jets, great service and overall great experience.

Asked for extra sauce I didn’t get it. The olives were very strange. Hardly any bacon I paid extra for. And no seasoned crust as I asked for . I went to this location before and didn’t have a good
experience. Tried it again and it was the same let down. I would not!! recommend this Jets location at all! And you want me to add a tip?? Really lol

The staff and manager of this evening went above and beyond tonight. When our caterer didn’t show up for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Without any hesitation we called this location since it was close and ordered 30 pizzas, bread sticks and chicken wings. Within 30 minutes, everything was ready hot and fresh! Sarah and her 3 other staff members were outstanding giving us plates and utensils. We appreciate everything they did. Outstanding Job and This Location comes highly recommended. To all of those who waited and were so patient Thank You, especially Lisa who helped carry out our pizzas!

I placed an order via phone and when I went in to get my order, they were finishing up an order of 30 pizzas plus for an emergency order for an event whos caterer fell through. The crew didn’t miss a beat and that customer was elated! Meanwhile, they had a line of 7 people that patiently waited for the 4 member crew to turn out their orders with mad thankfulness for everyone’s patience. Sarah and Jett, your management skills are on point!! Keep up the great work!

Very hit or miss experiences here, I used to love one of their pizzas. I order it with extra sauce, and I order it every week. I get my pizza home, no sauce at all on the first two slices. I call them to get it remade, they explain the process to me and tell me to bring my pizza 15 miles back to them or they’ll just credit me 5 dollars for a 25 dollar bill for the pizza. Won’t be buying from them again, as bad customer service ruins a place for me, when it’s easily fixed.

I work close to this location and tried ordering here a couple times. Both times I ordered over an hour in advance asking it to be delivered at a specific time (my lunch break). The first time they delivered it over 30mins late. The second time, they stated that they attempted to deliver it but the doors were locked even though I asked if they knew the place they were delivering to and they said yes. There were people on break before the time I asked it to delivered too and let delivery drivers in all the time so I know they would’ve let them in if they arrived at the right time and place. I love Jet’s pizza but will not be ordering from this location again.

I am told this is the location that delivers to my address. They have delivered in the past. Now when I call they tell me to call a different store. The store they give me says to call this store. Lost business.

I am editing my review of this location as I was contacted by the owner for the issue above. The conversation was good and he even went the extra mile to get me in contact with the owner of the location that does deliver to my house. A good business owner means a lot in today’s market and his work to remedy the situation will make his business better than the next. Thank you for reaching out.
