The bone in wings are dry and can tell they have been sitting out. The boneless wings were the only decent thing I ate and those weren’t even that good. I couldn’t even stomach the “garlic bread” The fries need to be properly cooked if you gonna load them up with sauce like that. Might as well call it mash potatoes with Parmesan garlic sauce. Or give the option for sauce on the side. Absolutely disgusting quality. I gave you a 2 star for service because at least you put all the right items in the bag.

You all seriously served me two different flavor wings in the same box, but put the same flavor fries in different boxes? I don’t like the garlic parmesan sauce but my partner does, but I opened my food last night to find I received garlic parmesan coated honey chipotle wings & vice versa since they were swimming in the same box. Is it really too much to ask for separate containers for completely different sauces? Add to this the fact that the cashier just stared me down waiting for me to tell him why I was there, I won’t be back to this location. Wing stop may be disappointing, but I at least know to expect disappointment from them… Do better, DWC, this store is a disgrace to how good DWC can actually be.

The service is fantastic, very friendly the shop was clean, and the individuals working were very knowledgeable about their products. The chicken figures were ok – think medium end fingers, the wings were well cooked, but the sauces all tasted a little too much like butter. Even the breading on the chicken fingers tasted… buttery. They don’t have fountain sodas so you have to buy individual cans or bottles of water – not great. The fries are on the thicker side and have the same buttery fry taste. Mac and cheese is home style and very cheesy. And lastly the corn bread is TINY.

First time to order from DWC amd the food was good. I got four chicken tenders with fries, DWC sauce and a honey chipotle one. The tenders were crispy and so tasty, fries were normal frozen ones and the DWC sauce was good. I did not like the honey chipotle had a weird taste. Overall, nice place to order from.

I was happy to find this restaurant after moving to Mid-michigan. I gave it four out of five starts as I am now having to figure out how to keep their system from retaining my credit card on file. I ordered online a few times and used it in their store. I am learning the Toast system retains your credit card. I couldn’t remove it from their file yet. It looks like I might have to create an account, although they have my info already. This is for awareness as there are more restaurants using this program on their credit card screen reader. Not cool and there should be a way to prevent this from happening. I just want to pay for my meal. I don’t want to be electronically stalked nor did I give permission for my credit card to stay on file. I will be providing this information on all restaurants that have kept my credit card without letting me know it will be retain when I pay for my food.

A group of us stopped here for dinner before football game and it was amazing! They had a game day deal for 18 wings with up to three sauces, two fries, and two toasts for $20, which was a perfect deal. It did take us a while to get out food, but everything came out fresh and hot. Their wings are nicely sized, you don’t get any tiny ones that are mostly breading like other wing places.

I was here on a Wednesday, late afternoon, and the place was empty. We almost thought they were closed because no one was there. You put your order into a kiosk there and they text you when your order is ready. I waited for 30 minutes and got my meal and it was very good!

I recently tried Detroit Wing Company, and though the wait for the food was a bit long, the flavors were absolutely worth it. The wings were incredibly flavorful, and the house-made dipping sauces added a delightful touch. However, I deducted a star for the additional charge on dipping sauces with a 10-wing order.

I ordered $60 worth of food through Uber eats. Waited an hour and when the driver arrived he handed be a bag with two small containers and a different person name on the bag. The driver left stating he would go back to get my food. I called Detroit wing company numerous times before they finally answered the phone like I was their friend calling, no hello, no this is Detroit wing company nothing. I had to ask just to know if I called the right place. Ultimately acknowledged my food was still at the restaurant, they put me on hold came back and said their supervisor said to call the delivery service to figure it out. I get the driver is at fault here as well, but they should know what food is being given to the driver before they leave. I never got the food and the restaurant never apologized or even offer to remake my order when I asked. I’ll never order again.
