went in to get my mom a lunch from one of her frequented places and apparently they have changed their menu, but failed to actually change their menu both on all of their websites, ordering services, and in store menu.
at every step, i was met with “no we don’t do that anymore” and “we don’t make that” instead of suggestions for anything else to try or explanations for why they couldn’t complete my order. (except for “people didn’t order the salad”)
i strongly suggest that you guys make a better effort to train your staff and ensure that your menus and your employees are on the same page.

They refused to allow an order of a BLT without the chicken salad. They did allow the chicken salad to be given on the side. Waste of food for someone who doesn’t eat it. Then proceeded to only put two pieces of bacon on the entire BLT sandwich. The Mac and Cheese tasted as if it was 2 days old and a had a gritty texture. First time customer today and last time customer as well.
