My experience was great here, the shake tech that helped me (Devon) was very cooperative, knowledgeable, well mannered and patient with me. Im not familiar with the different shakes but he had sme great recommendations and pointed me to the right one. The service was quick and fast as well. The whole place is clean and very well organized woth LOTS of different options supplement wise! I definitely recommend “The Shack” and Devons great service!

I wish businesses understood the importance of customer service. It is the determinant factor on whether someone goes back your business or not. I love supporting our local RGV businesses but we need to ensure we deliver the experience as well and we will support. A simple greeting would be nice.

The guy who attended me this morning was not friendly at all. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He was more focused on his cell phone than attending me. Didn’t even bother to try to upsell. Why bother going to work if you’re going to have an attitude? At least fake that you want to be there when attending clients.

I went in today to get a protein shake. There was a blonde and a brunette working. I didn’t get their names. The brunette takes my order and I ask for 2 shakes. She starts making them and comes to charge me. She was about to only charge me on and I said “oh I asked for 2”. She goes “no you only ordered 1”. And I go “no I need 2”. The blonde comes around the counter and the brunette tells her “right she only ordered 1”. And the blonde agrees and says “I only heard 1”. I then say “ok well can I order another”. The brunette doesn’t say anything. Starts making another one and charges me. Then hands me the second shake without saying a word. I still said thank you and left. How unprofessional. I’m trying to purchase something. Why argue about it? Never again

Be careful I was being charged for times I had not even been there. They would charge me the shake and I had not even gone. Be cautious. I called they said they would call me back never did.
