The employees were very polite but the food is absolutely HORRIBLE I had not been in a while but when I went today I remembered!! The wings looked so old and bad I’ve never seen anything like it before!! Looked like they were sauced 2 hours ago and left under a light…. Everything I ordered I received the Opposite… I asked for no salt on fries and got salt on fries. I asked for all flats and got 1 flat and rest drums. I’m glad Raising canes is in Jax now just a extra 10 min drive.

I came in today after having a really sad day my dog died and was greeted by Autumn and Jaden and they were super nice and genuinely made my day so much better. The food quality was amazing the tenders were nice and juicy, the new lemon pepper wings were out of this world!! and the crinkle fries were perfectly made and seasoned 10/10 food service and quality.

Ordered a wings and things only to receive barely any fries. All of the fries with every meal I got were old, cold, and unseasoned. I also ordered a $5 cheddar bite and they were also cold and old and the amount that was given was a joke.

The chicken fingers and boneless buffalo wings are very good. All the sauces are great except I am not a big fan of the teriyaki one. The fries are plain crinkle cut fries and they are ok. Tried the new signature chicken sandwich today and it was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Also, was the first time I could not eat something I ordered from a drive thru. Three bites in hoping something would change and couldn’t do any more. The sauce, pickles and bread were fine. The actual chicken breast it self was juicy yet had weird taste and texture was like eating squid. They did cook it fresh because I had to wait 11 minutes after ordering to receive it and it was hot. When I first opened it up it looked absolutely delicious but sadly it was definitely not.

My husband ordered at this Zaxby’s through the drive through and while my son was eating it we noticed it had plastic inside. I called and the person that answered told me to come any day and they will redo my order. When we went they said we were trying to make a false accusation just to get free food and treated my husband poorly. I don’t recommend this Zaxbys at all. Poor customer service.

Hey Zaxby’s! Why is your lobby still closed? I refuse to online order and go drive thru! The pandemic is over! It is coming out that the CDC lied about the numbers! But since your lobby IS closed I went to Culver’s and had an AMAZING burger IN their dining room. Stay closed! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere!

Some of the worst service you can get for anywhere in Middleburg. Middleburg has some good service most fast food places actually. Just avoid this zaxbys though, not worth the time or energy. They didn’t give me a receipt with the guest survey form, probably for a reason. So I attached a picture of the order that was on the takeout bag.
I waited for 40 mins in the car lane for my order. By the time 5+ cars behind me continued to leave with their orders, I figured something was wrong. I went inside and my food was sitting there, they handed it right to me. “Oh, sorry” I had waited for over 40 mins in the car lane waiting for my order. Unacceptable service.
I was going to ask for a manager but decided I will just rather not come back here.

The food is what would be expected. Fresh and tasty.
However….This will be my last purchase at any Zaxby’s do to the outrageous prices for a meal. Imagine $25 for chicken, $2+toast and a $3+ drink. I. Would go have a sit down dinner at a Steakhouse or Carrabas Italian for that price. Say goodbye to the once enjoyable Zaxbys.

I used to visit this place often but moved to the other side of town . After being close to this place i decided to go ahead and stop in for some dinner . My regular go to meal has been removed from the menu for some time now so I decided to walk in and see if I could get it made anyways . The young girl Sara or Anna can’t (remember her name ) was very helpful in getting my order just right and offered to make it herself beings past drive thru experiences it was always wrong . I ordered 3 of these for the family and they were made perfect and I couldn’t wait to enjoy it and took a bite before I remembered the pic . Enjoyed it and it was well worth the drive after a long day
