The food and staff were fine but this location was absolutely filthy. All the tables were dirty, there was food on the floor in the eating area, the trash can was overflowing, and worst of all there was food and used gloves scattered on the on the floor in the food prep area. And the bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks.

Cutting back on the amount of meat in a $20. Supreme is Not worth it anymore. Staff now wants to charge extra for the same amount of meat as before. Actually one employee gave the guy in front of me the same 8 slice every other employee gives on a Giant supreme and only 5 on mine. There is no room for ego in business
Correct your behavior and just accomodate all costumers equally

We had a great experience! I have a strict allergy to gluten so I appreciate how much the staff go above and beyond in order to make my food safe to eat. They also wiped our table, brought the food to the table when it was done, and had friendly & caring attitudes. The dining area is a little small but it wasn’t too busy at the time, plus a lot of their customers take their food to go. Thank you for being so awesome, Jersey Mike’s!

I got the tuna sandwich on rosemary bread. They put SO little tuna on there. Half the usual amount, at best. They also didn’t ask if I wanted cheese and I forgot to mention it, because it’s automatic at most places. They did put a TON of filler shredded lettuce. My sandwich was dinky and totally disappointing.

Yikes to be quite honest this was a really terrible sub! I ordered the number 17 which was the cheese steak etc!
15$ for this sub. I really can’t think of anytime that I’ve paid for a sub that was of that inferior quality and that much money!
I won’t be back to this or any other location of Jersey Mike’s subs in the future.
I know that other people love these sandwiches but I really don’t see what they see.

I stopped in to order a mini, and as the associate was helping me, I noticed a fly landing on every piece of meat that he would cut and lay on my sandwich. It absolutely nauseated me. He didn’t flinch or wave it away. That screams kitchen violation to me. Had to leave.

We came in right before closing. We were from out of town and starving. We were met with only smiles and great service. The deli slicer was all cleaned and polished, ready for closing but they not only made us delicious sandwiches, they gave us suggestions! they acted like they had just opened. I was so pleased with their attitude in helping us. Delicious as always!

First of all, the staff and the subs were awesome. But, there seemed to be tremendous disorganization at this location. They were out of white bread. My husband’s Philly sub took over 20 minutes to make–AFTER we waited for almost that long to place an order. They were busy, but not over-the-top and it was about 3:30 in the afternoon. We have since ordered at another location and had no problems whatsoever.
