I recently moved to Artesia and the Starbucks on Main Street has quickly become my morning go-to spot. These ladies are friendly, interactive, and have personality. Character isn’t something your starbucks associates are known for, usually you’re doing good to just get professional attitude. I always get black nitro, typically has a bitter bite, I don’t know what’s different but this one was rich and smooth. We ordered drinks for work and two of the drinks were only half filled up . They were the pumpkin spice cream cold brew with some extra caramel drizzle and shots of espresso. When contacting the manager Rob he said he watched them make our drinks and said he knew that were made correctly. Asking us to bring the drinks back and they would remake them. Because we are working we are not able to go and get drinks that they did not make correctly the first time. Very disappointed!
