I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell.
Last night around 11:30 PM, I placed a mobile order for strictly vegetarian food: a Black Bean Chalupa and an Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker without meat. I clearly ordered vegetarian options because I follow a strict vegetarian diet for religious reasons.
When I got home and started eating, I realized both items had meat in them. It was already late at night, and I trusted that my mobile order would be prepared correctly. I did not expect that I would have to open and inspect every item to ensure it was actually vegetarian.
Because of this mistake, I unintentionally consumed meat, which is extremely upsetting and intense for me due to my religious beliefs. This is not just a small customization error — for someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet, this is a serious matter.
This shows a lack of attention to detail and care in handling customer dietary requirements. When someone orders vegetarian food, especially through a mobile app where the modifications are clearly listed, there should be no room for such errors.
I hope Taco Bell takes this matter seriously, improves quality control, and ensures that dietary preferences are handled with greater responsibility in the future. Customers should be able to trust that their orders are prepared correctly.

For 8 years this place has yet to get an order right, but by god they will take your money. Ordered one meal and two cheesy Gordita crunches. After paying $11 for those, I got two crunchy tacos one of which was dissolving from the grease. Called to inform the store, but of course no one answered. The only plus I can say is, this is the first time I’ve ever made it out of this Taco Bell drive thru in less than 25 min, so at least they are speeding up their poor service. It will be another year+ at least before we attempt this horrible location.

This is the worst food I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It looked appealing but then when I tried eating it, the whole thing is cold. The cheese never even had a chance to melt (as shown in the picture).It was not busy so there was no need to rush my food and not actually COOK it.

I’ve been coming here years, I ask for the same thing every time. And everytime its not on my food. I pay for extra tomatoes and added shredded lettuce its not free and I never get it. As much as my grandkids ask to eat here this was my last time im fed up

Order is wrong over half the time. And good luck with any kind of substitution. They either don’t do it, or they’ll put two pieces of chicken on a broken taco. I’ve been there over 100 times since 2013. I will never go back again
