Don’t waste your time going here. The employee in the place is slow as molasses and the ingredients were unavailable. You can’t use the Subway app. It says not all ingredients available. Choose again. The line was all the way to the front door and the employee only had one type of bread available, herb and cheese. People were walking out. I walked out too.

I know this place has a lot of bad reviews but we had a great experience. The workers were super friendly (more than any other Subway we have been at) and understanding of our two small children. Food was good and the workers even gave us a coupon to use. We had a great experience!

Bought two meal of the day witch was suppose to be half turkey subs two drinks and potato chips or two cookies for each. The young lady at the register said the pop machine was not working. But I could pay for drinks out of there cooler. But I had already payed for drinks that where part of the meal deal. No kind of refund for not getting our two drinks. Very bad management. Will not go there anymore. Beware of this place.

I made an online order and I clearly said less buffalo sauce on my sib it was suppose to be ready by 5:50 p.m when I got there it was NOT ready the pic had a horrible nasty attitude!!! I got home my bread was toasted but soggy because she thought it would be a fine idea to load a massive amount of buffalo sauce on my sub I had to go else where to get another one never again will I come to this location

Bought a specialty item from mobile ordering and they were out of stock, the woman told me to come back the next month and grab one. I come back and they tell me I can’t do that. I hate donating to a big corporation. If I had at least gotten my money back I wouldn’t be so upset. Won’t be coming here again, maybe any subway.

Long time customer….Tried to pay for my order with a $50 and I was informed that they’re not allowed to take $50 dollar bills. I said well there are no signs letting customers know this. She said that they’re not allowed to put signs up. The young lady wondered if I could go to a neighboring business and break the $50 then come back and pay for the food. I said no and left. I’m assuming they had to throw my order away after I left. Turning down cash and throwing inventory away….strange business model. McDonald’s was happy to see my $50.

In the app I specify (((not))) to have my sub toasted, and they often do anyway. I also ordered “double meat” and I didn’t get that. So not only did I not get what I ordered, I also overpaid because they gave me regular meat amount. I’m getting very unhappy with the Hornell Subway.

I ordered on the mobile app at around 12:00 PM today & set my pickup time for 4:55 PM. After waiting at the pickup window for a few minutes, I realized the employee was having technical issues and I decided to come into the store instead. To my surprise, the poor employee was left completely abandoned and left to fend for herself without a manager present. I left the store around 5:10 PM, 15 minutes AFTER my pickup time that I had set HOURS earlier. Don’t bother mobile ordering on the app, this location does not value you as a customer and they do not care about your time!

Could not see meat & cheese display. Fogged up? Dirty? Scratched? Don’t know. Bread display not visible. Bread stale. Left heated sub open to get cold instead of doing first. All items left on counter for us to pick up & carry. Had to ask for a bag.

Came through last night and was very patient while the only worker available made our order and tended to other customers. One of our subs was perfect, the other did not have the extra marinara, cheese, or meat that I paid for. The meatballs were dry and burnt. Returned today after work and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. No number to call or any way to speak to management apparently? Ridiculous.
