This location constantly adds things in my chia oatmeal pudding. If I order in the evening they always put coconut (hate), almonds or cacao nibs. I want what I order each time to be correct…. Also many times I have seen the employees not wear gloves when preparing my food. Or they will wipe sweat off their face and continue to fix my food .. This location needs to step it up.

The dragonfruit bowl is (or was) my favorite. I purchase it at least once a week. The last two times I ordered it the base was frozen solid. I spoke with someone about it and she told me this is how they are served and there is nothing they can do about it. But she also told me that she is a new employee. This is NOT how they were served in the past because it can’t be eaten that way. I would not pay almost $12 for something I cannot eat. AND to make things worse, she had an attitude and was very rude. If I purchase this again, it will definitely not be at the location on Frederica St.

Took my wife there for supper last night, she wanted the avocado sandwich. Ordered the food through the drive through and everything was okay. Went home and she got food poisoning from the food. She has thrown up so many times. Will not be ordering food from there again

This is solely based on my visit this evening. It is quite different than coming during the day. Tonight I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread (see photo below and count the pieces of chicken) there were only THREE chunks of chicken and it was cold. I did not get a pic of my daughter’s order but she ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap with no tomato when she opened it it was as thin as a breakfast burrito from McDonald’s. The girl that took our order seemed put out that we were even there after acknowledging us at the counter 4 minutes after we stood there. It took them 25 minutes to bring our food to the table and they weren’t even busy. Dylan (I think was his name) did bring over two coupons for future use however they will definitely NOT be used at night. I was really disappointed tonight, I think the day shifters should retrain the ones on nights

I also got thr Buffalo chicken wrapped and it was juicy, vegetables fresh, and added that extra crunch of good ole perfectly ripe veggies.

I had the chicken pesto on flatbread & blueberry bliss smoothie w/Splenda. Both were fresh & delicious. What really impressed me, though, was the quality of customer service. Twice the person I was with ordered the wrong thing; both times they replaced it, no questions asked.mcc mm cfc

This is by far the worst tropical smoothie cafe I hate that this is closet one to me because I go here in a time crunch, they are not friendly at all and they will take their precious time to take your order in the mornings, I really hate this location!!!

I have ordered several bowls and I have had a good experience with them but not today. Today my bowl was barely full and melted.( I got the acai bowl.) I ordered online for pickup and the website was slow and messed up several times before I got my order in. Staff never acknowledged me when I walked in to pick up. For the price of this bowl it should be very full and semi frozen so it lasts. Not melted flavor water with saugy fruit. Very little fruit as well. Today it was just terrible
