Food was good but for the price i wouldn’t say amazing.. we paid $70 for 2 plates and I would have expected more meat and sauce. It did taste good but I don’t know if I would spend that much again for it. Also when we walked up there was no one out there we almost left it was extremely confusing looked closed.

The food is very delicious it’s just very upsetting that they put an option for no fried rice sub veggies and this is the 4th time that I do that and instead my whole plate is filled with rice and no veggies at all . For 83 dollars I would hope to maybe get my food correct .

so I found this spot watching a youtube video. so Im local and went to try it out. I was getting upset at the wait time seeing people come and go before me.took my plate home to eat. was thinking this better be worth the wait. first bite was scallops dipped in thier lightest color cream sauce. And “WOW” delicious. shrimp and lobster was good too but for my taste the scallops stole the show!

Pleasantly surprised to find this food truck right off the street. Easy to access. Set up for patio style dining. Scallops cooked perfectly. The lobster was a tad salty, but still enjoyable. Steak was also cooked and seasoned well. The veggies are cooked just enough. Not too soft or firm. The sauces are good too. All around, a great fusion truck treat!
