These 1 star reviews are crazy. Ordered through DoorDash. Chicken was tender, seasoned just right, a little sauce with extra on the side. Rice was on point. Mac and cheese was great. I’ll order again for sure.

I go to this bento spot every other day, and they already know my order by the time I roll up to the window. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Mac salad was nearly flavorless. Both steak and chicken are really salty. Chicken was nicer and juicy. Steak was really chewy. Rice was gross and mushy. Lots of teriyaki sauce.

I thought I would give this place a try since I’ve heard a quite a few people say that they’re really good. I ordered the chicken Bento with Mac salad. The Mac salad had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. And the chicken and rice were pretty blah as well. I probably won’t go back.

We were craving some bento while in Klamath Falls and we were salivating by the time we got to Medford. Checked their hours online and it showed open from 10-6. 2:45 on a Friday, so we were golden. Nope!!!! Closed for no apparent reason. Nothing on their Facebook page, nothing on their window. Total wasted trip. Don’t bother with this place, seems they feel they’re doing customers a favor by being open by the response I received on Facebook.

I’ve been coming here for~3 years. I’ve always had everything delivered as I specifically ordered. You can always check your food before you leave to make sure there are no issues- if there are any…IT’S AS SIMPLE AS REQUESTING THEY FIX IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. As well as have them remove gratuity if they add it. Regardless of how much food it is, they have never forced gratuity on my tabs ever. I always add up my total and have questioned if it’s different. Great food all around, the pot stickers with the sweet and sour sauce is drool worthy.
