I’m a regular who drives through about once a week for my favorite order: a chai with vanilla and sometimes a chocolate chip cookie. Sometimes a matcha. I have physical therapy appointments in altamonte but always make sure to stop by foxtail with my wife.
Been looking for him but my window buddy erin isn’t around anymore, but truly every single person on staff is amazing. Everyone’s kind, consistent, and makes the place feel welcoming every time I pull up.
Hands down, the best cafe in town.

Best experience ever! On March 1st (around noonish) I went through the drive-thru and ended up chatting with the barista.
He was hispanic, had piercings, and had such a cool vibe. So sweet and funny. When I complimented his custom pins, the blue-haired barista came over too (and I learned he actually hand-makes them), which is so cool.
They were both genuinely kind and even gave me a pin from their aprons The latte the blue hair made was amazing, the bagel was perfect, and the whole interaction honestly made my week.
Staff like this really know how to build community. I’m coming back for sure

I love this place, the food is phenomenal! It’s also a speciality Foxtails so they have certain items on their menu that other Foxtails don’t (ex. smoked salmon w. eggs and cheese w. caramelized onions- refer to image). This place is worth the stop.

First time I came here, William served me and he was excellent. Coffee was hot and the sandwiches were decent both times. The second time I had Taylor, she seemed annoyed and her customer service is off. I paid in cash and left the change as a tip and instead of putting it in the tip jar, she stuffed it in the register, sus. I was the only one in there and sat briefly outside. I felt my order was taking some time and I came to find my order just left the counter unattended. There were three staffers. The best part was the drive-thru attendant just stood there staring at me. Weird experience and start to my day.

Don’t expect the taste of a New York Bagel, not all bagels are made the same! It was a disappointment for the meal. On the plus side, the interior of the restaurant is lovely and felt peaceful on a Sunday.

I love me some foxtail coffee!!!
Sadly, the past 3 times I have been to this location their cold brew machine is down. As someone who struggles with gut issues I really depend on the cold brew for less acidity so it really sucks that my favorite place to coffee never has what I need

I used to come here and it was really bad, however, the management really turned it around with all these new employees.
African American guy and tatted up dude with glasses were awesome. My wife ordered me a a latte and bagel samdwich with vegetables. it was amazing and perfectly balanced . The espresso was perfect and sandwich was great. Yall need an onion bagel or onion dip please! I would buy so many

I love this foxtail. Every employee is so sweet and knowledgeable. The drinks are always perfect and the bagel sandwiches are phenomenal store is also super clean always!!! One of the best foxtails ever!!

So I went fox tales this morning to get a coffee and a bagel, the staff was very unresponsive.
It took me 10 minutes to get my bagel that’s ridiculous i assume because they had to do a bunch of two.Go orders separate this.I’m standing right here.I should not have to wait ten minutes for one bagel then, I tried to donate to the charity. Y’all are running. They didn’t ask me if I wanted to donate. They can’t take money. The register will only let me round up. What’s the point of having a charity? If I can’t donate other than thirty two cents, that’s shorting the charity.. Y’all really, really, really need to improve your customer service here.The food is wonderful.The coffee is wonderful but the customer service is sadly lacking.I don’t know if you need to pay them more or what or train them better or what?But do something this is getting pathetic.
