Tried Armando’s in Clawson and it was excellent. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, especially the bold pepperoni, and the crust was perfectly crispy. We also tried the gluten-free and honestly, if I didn’t know it was gluten-free, I wouldn’t have guessed. It was fluffy, crispy, and really close to a regular pizza. John, the owner, was super cool and really friendly, and you can tell they’re excited to be in Clawson. Definitely worth trying. Can’t wait to go back and try the Detroit style.

Our family ordered pizza and cheese bread tonight. Everything was delicious. The pizza was ready in 30 minutes (even though it was Friday night at dinnertime). The staff was friendly. A few weeks ago, before they opened, one of the owners was walking samples around to local businesses. My daughter and her friend were running a cookie booth in front of Ace. The owner went out of his way to make the girls a special pizza to try. That kind of good will is exactly why we decided to splurge and try it as a family tonight. Armando’s is a welcome addition to Clawson!

Tried a new spot and definitely adding to the rotation. Md meat eater, cheese bread and garlic knots. 10/10. The garlic knots are super light and airy with tons of flavor. Sausage on the pizza had nice spice and the crust was great. Cheese bread was solid.

Armando’s in Clawson was excellent. The pizza was flavorful and fresh without feeling heavy, and the toppings were really well balanced. The cheese bread and ranch were great extras too. Fast pickup, smooth online ordering, and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Stopped in here with my son after we left the sushi place across the street that had a long line and we were pressed for time. While he was looking forward to sushi, I think he ended up liking the pizza even more! This is now his favorite pizza place according to him. We’ll definitely be going back!
