Staff was so kind, I wasn’t able to get the elder ladies name working but she hooked me up and wasn’t stingy on the meats and cheese the way every other subway is and the other man working had a great attitude and took no judgement to the sandwich I wanted even though it was kinda weird. Loved this Subway definitely coming back here everytime!!

Ok I LOVE this subway. It’s our go to, everything is normally fresh and delicious. However, when we went on Friday, 2/13, we had the most uncomfortable experience! Our girl was SO obviously high, or too tired to function properly or having a clear medical something. We questioned if she was going to pass out while making our sandwiches. I honestly don’t know how she even made our sandwiches in the state she was in. It took at least 20 or 30 minutes to get our sandwiches, and we were the only customers there. There was another staff member in the back, who wasn’t even helping her. The bread was horribly stale too. I do hope the girl is OK, but man were we disappointed overall.

Steve, Curtis & Kiana were wonderful!! Very kind and patient. My salad is excellent, everything is fresh!! My husband’s #10 sandwich was made exactly the way he loves it!!

The staff were super kind and made sure everything was made right and even double checked certain ingredients to make sure we had our sandwiches exactly as we would want them. They made sure to chat with us and treated us like we were friends rather than customers. Great service in general

This location is my favorite in Denver, the employees are extremely polite and respectful! I would highly recommend ordering from this location, may it be in store or online! Nyla is a fantastic sandwich creator, if you have the opportunity to work with her I suggest it!!

Sunday night, I came into this store at Governor’s plaza. Got a meatball sandwich and a Turkey sandwich. And when I got home the meatballs were cold they gave me some kind of different crazy meat sandwich. Not turkey. Tuesday, they gave me absolutely no problem. Whatsoever replacing the sandwiches. They appeared to be fine. No problem with the turkey my son enjoyed it. About 4 hours after eating the meatball sandwich.
I started having a strange feeling In my stomach, I’m seventy eight years old and know when something’s up. At about 6 AM, I’m sound asleep with my seat C-pap machine on and oxygen mask over my mouth. I jumped up out of a dead sleep feeling the throw up starting and I was lucky enough to get the mask off and throw up into the garbage can next to my bed. I could have drowned in my own vomit. I don’t want to get to detailed but I threw up 3 more times. Then about 9 AM. It started coming out the other end of my body. People can die from food poisoning. I have owned 3 restaurants in Colorado and I know about sanitation and proper food handling. THEY Obviously don’t.! The meatballs had to be bad because I ate nothing else the entire day. Now I’m trying to hold down bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast.How exciting. No more Subway for me.
