Ordered online, when I arrived my food wasn’t ready, not only that they had no record of my order. My card showed paid and I had an order number and receipt but they still wouldn’t make my order until she talked to the manager who surprise wasn’t there and she wouldn’t do it u til after the lunch rush because they weren’t sure it was paid. She then tried saying I had picked the wrong subway. Extremely rude no customer service. Never going there again I’ll hit up jimmy johns.

Be careful ordering the Meal of the Day! I thought I was getting my sandwich, chips and a drink for the $6.99 price, but because I asked for no bacon they wouldn’t give it to me. Never going back. I’ll be going to Jimmy John’s!

Usually my visits to this subway are decent, but I had this lady that was shorter, young with brown hair pulled back into a pony tail with bangs helping my mom and I. She was completely rude to my mom, getting snippy with her when my mom mixed up the name of the herb and cheese bread by saying herb or cheese bread and the lady replied to her with “Um you mean Herb and cheese bread? That’s the same thing.” Real snotty, and when my mom asked what the cold cut combo was she snipped back with “The cold cut combo is the cold cut combo! Look at the board!” Instead of listing what’s on the sandwich. Since my mom was asking what was on the sandwich, not the name.

Unless the manager or her sister is there, the place is garbage. We went in last night 8/8/25. Too busy working on online orders, and cant even wait on people standing in line at the store, didn’t even recognize people standing there. Then one staff with a redhead fro, was covered in hickies and looked like a leopard. Not very professional. Very disappointed in this, used to be a decent place to go, but im not going to be ignored. This is unacceptable to say the least. If online orders are the only thing done, then why even have seats in the place. Terrible just Terrible!

The subs were good… The wrap was so small I thought it was a 6 in bun rolled up …. The churro we ordered was rock hard….. nobody ate that so money literally thrown away because not even a saw would get through that…. Just not great at making the food

The staff was very good and our orders were correct even with it being busy …. The only issue I seen was with the restroom. It was not clean at all. The toilet look like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks. The seat was messy. There was no soap to wash my hands. The rest of the restaurant was nice and clean.

Definitely could use a cleaning but staph was pretty good. Food was the typical Mass produced mechanically separated lunch meat. The produce could have used freshened as well
