She was really nice but the pizza was missing cheese and as many olives as the website advertised. The photo I’ve included shows the advertised photo versus what I got on the bottom. I’ll be back to try again.

I called to ask a simple question: Do you accept debit or credit cards? You know — the two most common forms of payment in existence for the last three decades.
Instead of a straight answer, I got hung up on the moment I mentioned reading reviews. I wasn’t complaining. I wasn’t rude. I was doing what any responsible customer does before spending money: verifying whether the business operates in the current century.
So, to clarify for future patrons:
Cash or check only.
No cards, no apologies, no professionalism.
It’s a bold strategy in an age where even vending machines take Apple Pay. But I suppose when you’re that confident in your product, customer experience becomes optional.
I didn’t get to try the pizza — not because I didn’t want to, but because I made the mistake of expecting a baseline level of courtesy and modernity. That’s on me.

I can’t rate the food because it never came. I’ve eaten at several Sir Pizza locations, most are very good, but this place is just awful. They don’t take card payment, only cash or checks, which I guess isn’t a big deal if you know in advance, but I didn’t. I usually don’t carry much cash, but I did have cash on this occasion. When we walked in the guy behind the bar asked if we wanted to see a menu. I thought that was kind of strange, but being a longtime patron of different Sir Pizza locations over the years, I knew what I wanted anyway, but had it been my first time, a menu would have been nice to see. He took our order and said we could sit anywhere we liked. There were two or three tables available, and three empty booths. Only problem was that only one of the tables had been cleared, the others still had dirty dishes and glasses from the previous diners, so we took the only one that had been cleared, near the back. After waiting 35 minutes, the young man that took our order came the the table, brought plates and napkins and assured us we hadn’t been forgotten, “way back here”, as he put it. We could see the pizza oven from our table and noticed that the man preparing the pizzas was constantly opening the oven, every minute or so, and reaching in with his bare hand and lifting the edge of the pizzas to check on the crust. I could even tell from way in the back they weren’t getting done, I assume from the oven losing it’s heat from being opened so frequently. I’ll wrap it up now, after another 35 minutes, my wife and I left and called Paul’s Pizza Palace in White Bluff and picked it up 20 minutes later.

Love the garlic knots! Pizza is always hot and tasty! I really like the thin crust and as many toppings as I like. Usually have to pay with cash or check. I prefer to use my debit card for dine out but they haven’t got that option yet.

We live close by but haven’t tried this place before. We ordered the Royal Feast. It is absolutely the BEST pizza we’ve had in Dickson and we have lived here almost 3 years. From now on this will be my go-to pizza place.

This place has the best pizza in town! If you like your pizza crust crunchy and pepperoni and bacon in every bite, then this is the place for you. As a heads up, they only take cash or local checks.
