They need more workers. I ordered online an hour ago and it’s so busy in here that I’m still waiting for my sandwich. The girl working is doing her best and she’s so nice, but this is crazy. Never waited so long in a subway. If I hadn’t ordered ahead and already paid I would have left 30 minutes ago.

Update: took an hour and a half but I finally got my food, I felt so bad for the worker, she was working her butt off for real

My son and I were hungry and wanted something light so we decided on this Subway location. The place was clean and organized and the service was excellent. We ordered 2 sandwiches and they came out perfect. The server was really good at what she do and was very polite. Thanks again (she had green streaks)

I just left subway and this evening I was served by a wonderful gal named Samantha. She is absolutely top tier service and a rarity in todays world!!!!! I have not had such good service in such a long time. I came in near closing and about three other people walked in and also an online order. Everyone was served and done in about 7 mins. She was fast, efficient and did not rush me at all. Best sub I’ve ever had from Subway. This gal deserves a raise!!!! Samantha thank you so much I will be back!!!

Went in during my lunch after placing an online order and not only did i have to wait several minutes past my designated pick up time, all the employees that were working were actively and very loudly complaining about work. One in specific saying something along the line of “i could be on a pole right now.” I don’t expect excellent service when coming to a subway but i expect better than this, and to top it all off i was made late to my job because it took so long past my designated time. In all honesty worse service i’ve ever received from a subway establishment.

So far it’s been a good experience. I do online pick up and they always it ready when its time for pick up. Today I had extra help from the cashier and she accidentally put the wrong receipt on my bag. No worries! I worked in the line before and when it gets busy, accidents happen but she was very nice and double checked the items for me. I worked in customer service for years, it gets draining but your hard work is noticed by those that appreciate it the most!

It’s hard to make a judgement call off of just one single experience at this location but I will still sound off about it.
It was 1 hour until closing and I placed a “to go” order of a single footlong sub. That was all! I placed the order online using the app. It said it would be ready for me to pick up in 20 minutes. So I walked to the subway which took about 25 minutes knowing this would leave more than enough time to have the sandwich made. When I arrived there was one young male employee and a family of three he was currently ringing up at the counter after having finished their sandwiches already for them. After he finished processing their transaction he asked if I was wanting to place and order and I replied I had already placed an order online now about 30 minutes before. He said “oh. Yeah. I was just about to make that.” And he picked up the reciept/print out. He began putting together my sandwich and unfortunately had run out of the bread I ordered which was not a big deal so I had him just sub another one.
The problem was this for me: there appeared to be a very very slow night in there even though I am sure he was trying to finish closing tasks and making the order for the family of three. But I had placed my order 30 minutes before and it was supposed to have been done 10 minutes before I got there. I ended up having to wait in that subway for almost 20 minutes until he finished my sandwich after the family’s transaction.
Had he apologized or even said he was busy (or even said they dont start sandwiches that late until the customer for sure shows up) then I would have never minded at all. However, there was no explanation, no apology. Just a kid who seemed to hate his job.
His personality skills reflected that of a bored lazy 17 or 18 year old. Not a great experience for me. Sorry, Subway.

Went in. No customers there. Had some phone/online orders ahead of me. I worked in fast food. People in the store always had priority over phone orders. Waited 6 minutes while the gal talked with her friend and was doing little dances. That was the first sandwich. My husband was leaving for work and I needed to get his food to him. So I left and went someplace else. I didn’t want to wait another 12 minutes for her to finish the other 2 sandwiches, and then wait longer to make my order. Maybe I was expecting too much. But I’m not going to this one again.

We placed our order online. As I’m getting ready to head out the door, I get a call from Subway – – my order won’t be ready for 40 minutes because they are out of the bread we ordered and need to bake some more.

This was not a problem – – but 40 minutes later when I arrived at the restaurant – found no employees at the counter (saw one taking out the trash while I parked the car and the other employee who eventually helped me came out of the back with bloodshot eyes) and was told that they forgot to bake the bread despite our conversation, it was pretty frustrating.

I requested a refund, and was told that they didn’t know how to refund an online order and to return on Monday during the daytime to have a manager process the refund (was Saturday evening) . I explained that this was unacceptable – – they needed to either provide the sandwiches we ordered or a refund, and the employee called her manager and was given instructions on how to process the refund. This was after the employee protested calling for help, because her manager didn’t like to be bothered in the evenings.

There was no apology, no taking responsibility for the situation – – it was like we were being an annoyance for attempting to patronize their business.

There is another Subway location on the other side of I-5 that is much better managed, along with a plethora of other sandwich shops in the immediate area. Do not waste your time or money with this place.

I should have read the reviews first before coming here. First and last time. New staff but lucky for me an experience worker helped me. Sloppy work with no care. Veggies soggy and turning color. Cant even give him props for effort. Didn’t want the sandwich anymore but i didn’t want to be rude. Conclusion is i bought a sandwich that i threw in the garbage without even taking a bite.

I asked if the meat had been cut fresh this morning and was told that the meat does not get sliced at the store at all. That it’s sent to the store in a package already sliced. So I asked how many days ago it was sliced as it only has a shelf life of a week before it goes bad. She could not tell me. So I left. Wish we had a Jersey Mike’s Subs where they cut the meat fresh and actually grill the subs instead of microwave them like they do here at Subway.

Subway is NOT fresh.
