As soon as I got to the counter, the young lady had her attitude. There were three young ladies working there at the time. Alivia was visibly aggravated by having to do her job. Of course, I just figured she’s been having a bad day but it will be the last time that I go to that subway bc the lettuce was brown, she piled my tomatoes on top of each other rather than side by side. So I had to take my sandwich apart, put it the right way. And no one wants to go somewhere where are their sandwich artist is in such desperate need of an attitude adjustment and educated and customer etiquette.

My sandwich was a mess an I was so patient while they finished the mobile orders a turned the bread. To have 9 tomatoes on my sandwich an it over flowing a the protein I choose was not on 75% of my sandwich. I gave my respect for them to make a disaster out of my food. Even better it was a manager that made the food. Idk how to add photos or I would.

Ordered on the app. Said it was confirmed. Dasher arrived and was told they didnt have my order. They sent the dasher away even with screenshots of confirmation page and dashers proof. The worker could be heard telling the dasher she couldnt fill the order.then after the call ended with the dasher my order was cancelled. Maybe better training is needed? I run a fast food store in the area and we have always filled orders.

I just ate at the Subway on Emerson avenue and my Sandwich artist was Vinny and he treated me and my boyfriend so great. Was amazing customer service he talked and joked around with us while working hard on his shift the sandwiches were very tasty and he just made the subway experience all around awesome I definitely will be back just because Vinny made it so enjoyable. The quality of this Subway location is great and I feel as sandwiches were of a substantial quality. The store was clean and the workers were polite. Social distancing rules are also in affect. Everything was fresh and delicious.

I went here on my lunch break and the person working the line picked food out of the cold well and ate it with their gloves on. Then they finished my sandwich. I woke up this morning and I’m sick. The rest of the store looked clean. But based on what I saw I can only assume they don’t follow any proper serve safe protocols in the prep area.
