Went here a few weeks ago to pick up my favorite sub because it was becoming one of my favorite places to eat since I moved to West Lafayette a couple weeks ago. Was greeted by a passive aggressive cow who, when one of my cards refused to be read, either the chip or the magnetic strip, she got pissy and told me to be “patient” when I kept trying as she asked when I got clear messages on both accounts of “use the magnetic strip” and then “use the chip” when I tried to use the opposite. This was shortly before I found out for certain that nothing in this area can read this particular card no matter how I swipe it. I tell her to stop yelling at me and then she shakes her head and walks off muttering under her breath. Horrible customer service – if you really want Subway, go to the one near the stadium and pass this trashy place and its resident PMS cow up.

The place is like most subways. The staff are actually nice compared to most places. There is a slight difference in the quality of the ingredients when compared to other subways, making the food here seem more tasteless.

Food is good, staff are friendly, but their prices seem higher than other Subways. $7.49 for a spicy italian footlong is definitely not what I’ve paid at other locations

Used to love this Subway, because it’s close to my apartment and takes Moocho. Today I was yelled at by an employee, Jenn. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but she actually used the phrase “don’t tell me what to do” when I said to just charge it to my card instead of using a coupon. Recommend the Purdue West Subway from now on.

We are vegetarian and when we requested the person making the sandwich to change the gloves they became very rude in the behavior.
Though she washed her hands and started making the sandwich it was not a very comfortable .
Then on top of it she left the other person working g both in the cash register and makjng sandwich to take the rest of it. And the next person makjng the sandwich started makjng sandwich with no gloves which were torn and completely fingers visible and touching the ingredients of the sandwich with the naked hands.
Apart from vegetarian they should understand its covid times and they have to be extra careful which most of the others are doing and expected the same
