We had a wonderful experience this evening. The customer service was excellent, and our waitress was very attentive. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude. This new establishment is a great addition to Siloam. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and the portion sizes were generous—we all left with leftovers. Overall, I have no complaints and look forward to many more visits. I highly recommend giving the new Chili’s in town a try.

Stephanie, our waitress was amazing. She was a sweetheart, wasn’t afraid to go ask questions if she didn’t know something, and kept my drink filled (which is a job in it self lol). Luke the manager came immediately when I asked for him (to brag on her and another server, Caleb who was friendly and cleared plates off the table and visited with us). The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

So pleasantly surprised , as some other locations the food has been a BIG disappointment. This new one in town was VERY GOOD . They were extremely busy but seated immediately. Our server Shedelle was so good in all ways a server should be attentive, caring and we never had to wait for anything. So yes we’ll be back cause the 2 biggest things a restaurant needs . Good food and excellent service. Thank you Shedelle .

Had an absolutely amazing trip in today, the atmosphere was spectacular and all the employees where super friendly and helpful. My server Lucas made sure I had a great time from start to finish. The food was excellent.( I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger add roasted jalapeños!!) love coming to Chili’s here in Siloam springs. Definitely come with high recommendation

This place is definitely a MUST visit! We had Aubri A. and she was incredible. Very bubbly, sweet and even included our little boy with his decision making. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was great. We knew it would be busy since it’s new but the staff never let on. Glasses always filled and the food came out hot and fast! We’ll definitely be back for more!

I have ordered pickup from this location 2 times since they opened. Food has been good but both times they forgot to give me the condiments I ordered such as garlic butter, ranch etc. And I tipped them well for a pickup. Edit…just opened my meal and the steak is awful. I ordered medium and this is past well done and dry. Broccoli isnt cooked thoroughly either.
