I love the juicery but today really made me rethink why i’m giving them my money at this point. I understand they can get busy sometimes and things get rushed..I mean I worked there for a good while.. but these days it just isn’t the same. $18 for a bowl and find out I’m only receiving half a portion.. I mean come on now.. do better.

Love this place! I come here frequently as my 2 year old loves the smoothies and I love the açaí bowls. Customer service is great, especially Lorena! They are always so helpful!

The Juicery is a cute little coffee/smoothie/açaí/fruit guru shop in downtown Newburyport.
Definitely the “fruit gurus” is the best way to describe this place, it’s always busy due to their great service and delicious products!
Highly recommend trying the smoothies and açaí bowls! The “Red White Blue Açaí Bowl” is delicious and pictured below!
Staff: Staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the products and extremely skilled in working under pressure and the fast pace of customers constantly strolling inside! (Tip them generously!! They deserve it handling the high volume of clients!)
Location: it’s location is great right; on the busiest street in downtown Newburyport next to all the boutiques and restaurants. Find parking in the lot behind the store.
Service: Service was great! Expect them to be busy and wait can be between 5-20minutes but it’s worth the wait!! Delicious snacks of juices, smoothies, açaí bowls

Pretty good bowls. We had an original acai and a pitaya bowl. The acai was a bit plain for my taste and had tons of peanut butter. The pitaya bowl was good with lots of fruit.

The Juicery is a great spot for a refreshing smoothie or açaí bowl. It’s become a staple of downtown Newburyport.
I especially appreciate their impeccable customer service. Every order is fulfilled quickly and with care. An online order mishap was handled with professionalism and courtesy by Emma, with whom it is a joy to interact. Lareina is another employee who is able to juggle multiple tasks and answer any questions with ease. I always look forward to seeing these two on any visit!

It was my First time at the Juicery, I walked in super busy but everyone there was so friendly fast and helpful. Jack helped me and he was awesome! I had no idea what I wanted he explained the menu perfectly and helped me decide I got the Pitaya bowl.The portions were perfect the fruit was so fresh! I will be definitely making my way back! 10 out of 10!!

Brian went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had with an online gift card purchase that was MIA. I SO appreciate him!
