I love the food here but the service and pricing changes every time. I usually get the birria bowl which I love and occasionally I’ll have chips and salsa to eat with my bowl. Everytime ive ordered chips its been around $3 for Costco Mission style chips (not even homemade.. I guess that’s fine) but today I was charged $7 (over half more) for the same thing! This is price gauging and its not good business… gross. I will no longer support this business due to the above inconsistency. It’s an overall bummer for this business.

This place is absolutely incredible I love their queso tacos.. so delicious
I tried it one other place and was not good. Such a great price and it’s nice that they don’t constantly lift their prices like other food trucks they seem to lift their prices every couple months a couple dollars it gets out of hand.. I love this food truck My favorite of all time..

Really enjoy the food (birria, governor shrimp tacos and tuna salad are fantastic) and feel the prices and portions are fair, but this place has lost a lot of my business as the truck at Dogwood is often inexplicably closed or out of listed menu items. Today was the sixth or seventh time I went to Dogwood specifically to eat at Sopa only to find the truck closed, with no explanation despite their online/socials stating they are open. I understand small businesses face many challenges including product sourcing, staffing, etc. but not accurately communicating hours of operation or unexpected closures is not good business.

As others have expressed, customer service is consistently rude bordering on hostile. Overall, I want to keep supporting this business (the food is that good) but it is becoming increasingly difficult to do so logistically and emotionally. I would strongly recommend to the owner that the business communicate hours of operation more accurately, effectively and polish customer interactions.

Went to dogwood food truck lot and can hear the Sopa staff talking about ‘white people’ in a bad manner with dinky dau… please explain what you mean by this and why you’re being derogatory towards me. Im a white native American and as the only ‘white’ customer in the vicinity as everyone was in the south sun side by the bar. I knew I was the one being talked about. Please Learn respect and don’t talk about people/customers of ANY color in demeaning ways.

Horrible service. my friends got their food in about 10 minutes, mine took 30 and when I asked politely how much longer she seemed confused and it turns out she had lost my order somehow completely. I ordered a burrito. it then took around 10 minutes after that so 30 minutes after my friends and I ordered first lol. will not be going back

Birria, Birria, Birria!!! Biria seems to be a new craze in the Pacific Northwest in the last year or two, but it’s an old school staple and SOPA has been serving up since day 1. It should be noted that Sopa is also a truck parked next to some delicious beer/cider taps in East Bend, which I love. I’ve been coming for years whenever I’m able and love the uniqueness, flavors, ambience (I LOVE TRUCKS AND DINING OUTSIDE IN COMMUNAL SETTINGS) and service they provide. The specials are sure to satisfy AS WELL AS THE HALIBUT TACOS!!! I always get the Biria and love it every time. SOMETIMES the proprietor can be a bit salty, but so is the consommé, so it all checks out! Thank you, SOPA for keeping it real…

Do yourself a favor and run don’t walk to try Sopa’s Birria quesatacos. I LOVE their food! They also have a hard-working team that is making your food fresh-to-order and absolutely delicious. Sopa is one of my favorite spots in Bend!

I’ve given this place 3 tries. Every time was terrible. My last experience was worse. I ordered tacos and requested a flower tortilla. The lady working there said they don’t have any, (their menu offers them and the photo reviews online have people enjoying them). I requested no radish and she claimed they put everything on the side. I open the box and I get this black tortillas and they are LOADED with radish ON TOP of them. I would like to add she was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I would recommend every food truck in that area besides this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Honestly, fantastic food and equally fantastic people! (Chile relleno burrito was a limited time item as of now, but I wouldn’t mind if it became permanent!). At this point I’ve had pretty much everything on their menu, you can’t go wrong here!
