Food truck turned into a mini outdoor restaurant. I have passed by this place so many times on highway 98 but didnt want to cheat on my usual taco spot but I finally decided to check it out. I am sooooo glad I did. They offer a variety of other items I havent had at other taco places here in Pensacola. Everything we had was full of flavor and delicious. The shrimp nachos had the right amount of shrimp and flavorful. The papusas were so yummy, the hot sauce that accompanied it was a bonus! There are tables to dine there with mounted tvs so I already know the vibe at sundown. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

La Casita Food Truck is absolutely amazing! The food is bursting with flavor and made with so much care. We ordered the Fiesta Fries and a delicious Filipino Teriyaki Plate both were incredible! Everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The portions are generous, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they love what they do. Definitely one of the best food trucks around % highly recommend! Nos gusto tanto que hasta el logo puse. Realmente sabrosa comida y para los ninos area magnifica.

We enjoyed the Tacos De Birria, Birria Ramen, Chips & Salsa, and Tres Leches Cake. Everything was fresh and delicious! The Chips & Salsa were homemade and my favorite.

What started as just a food truck has turned into a solid outside eating experience. The atmosphere has a charm to it for sure.
Not only that, but the gentleman helping me greeted me with a friendly smile and a serving heart. I didn’t realize they were about to close but the fact that effort was still given speaks volumes for me. Then, I’m about to leave and ask for limes and he was quick to serve with a genuine heart.
Then I get home and see the take home bag was “grandma knotted” which made it easy to undo.
I haven’t even tried the food yet but if I was served with this much care and detail, I have full confidence it will be good.
I support these guys and recommend them!

Good food, the menu has a wide selection to choose from. There is always lots of available parking. Usually a little bit of a wait. Only outdoor seating as this is a food truck but not bad when weather permits. I would recommend getting take out to enjoy more comfortable at home.

Excellent food! I had Lumpia and beans and rice! The rice was new to me but so delicious! Hubby had 3 Gordita’s and loved them. We will be back!

Been here twice, food has been great. Waited 35 mins for a breakfast burrito, thats ridiculous. Wasn’t even that busy. They also wouldnt add bacon to the burrito, which i thought was weird bc they have bacon on their menu for another item, but i could add any other meat lol. Prices are very high as well. Prices and wait time drops it to 3 stars for me. Food is definitely tasty though.

Hands down best Mexican in Pensacola.. Amazing staff, fresh to order food worth the extra few minutes of waiting. Tried almost every item on the menu now and there has not been one that has not been top tier. If you are looking for your new local go to look no further this is it!
