After getting home, I realized they forgot the Tacos of my friends’ order, and made my sandwich and her Crispy Fajita bowl wrong, adding the things we had requested taken off in the mobile order (with the receipts on the bags confirming that!)
This place hasn’t had such an issue before, but there was a lot of things done wrong today that make me leave this review.
Most of the time the service is good with the exception of this location being very slow. However, we just figured since this is a new location, they just haven’t found their rhythm yet. (No big deal)
Tonight I went through the drive through with my children at approximately 6:55 PM on January 31st 2025. The lady running the window was the manager (she said her name was Texas). She charged me for the wrong order because I had 2 loud kids in the back & she mumbled when she read back the order. She got extremely rude with me, slamming the window on me as I talked & cursing me out while the window was shut. I asked for a manager because she had a bad attitude, she then told me it was my fault for the inconvenience and she was infuriated and blamed me for “causing her an extra 10 mins of work”. In reality it took her 2 minutes tops to refund me and run my card with the correct amount. She aggressively handed me my food and sauces and told me to go ahead and leave a review because she would go on there and falsely accuse me of being a poor customer. When in reality she was the one who had the poor attitude.
I then sat in the drive through and quickly checked my items before leaving. She then told me to “get out of my window because you caused me extra time as it is”. I told her I have a dash camera and everything she said to me & how she treated me was recorded. After saying that she fixed her attitude a little because she knew she was in the wrong. Before I pulled away she told me to “have the day I deserve”
I’m disappointed in corporate for allowing that type of person to get in a management position. They must have picked her resume from the bottom of the stack instead of the top.
I am uploading the video from my dash camera and attaching it to my review. I have already sent corporate an email regarding this incident & I look forward to hearing how they are handling it. If any higher ups or figures from corporate would like to contact me through Google they may, I would like to cooperate and provide any statements/information I possibly can to ensure that manger “Texas” is reprimanded for how I was treated this evening.
