Worst pizza ever ordered with hardly any cheese. Before we ordered online one large pizza, we would leave a $4 or $5 tip through paypal and everything was fine, plenty of cheese. But last time we ordered, the driver was rude, so we decided to leave cash tip instead. This is what we got (pic). Called the manager Bryan, and he was saying they put “light cheese” on them, really!

What is going on with this place? It takes roughly 90 minutes to get deliveries now from a location that’s 15 minutes away. The driver is always apologetic but friendly. Tonight we placed a “Call Ahead” order for 7pm. We received an online confirmation email at 5:53pm. Called at 7:15pm to see how far out our delivery was… “If it’s not there in 15 to 20 minutes, give us a call back.” I try to explain it’s a call ahead order, I get a Brady, I believe the name was (assuming it’s the shift manager?), who tells me their print ticket shows they received the order at 6:30pm and that they cant get a delivery out to us within thirty minutes. I explain the time our order was sent, he talks over me and tells me thirty minutes is not sufficient time to expect a delivery, have a nice night and wait for the order.. click, hangs up. Getting tired of receiving discounts for pizza that comes laye because the driver gets “lost,” cold, breadsticks that look like dumb bells, wrong orders, orders that are deliviered to the wrong house in our neighborhood, etc. None of these things will ever change if this location doesn’t deep dive into the causes of these ongoing issues…
It is currently 7:25pm as we write this on a Thursday. A but far off the 7pm mark that was requested. If the ticket was truly not received by the staff until 6:30, they are still running on one hour now. Never again.
EDIT: The delivery fellow showed up at 7:40. Assuming Brady is being honest in that they didn’t get the order ticket until 37 minutes after we placed our order, is 70 minutes typical for this late on a Thursday?

I was refused service because I was a truck driver, and was told I COULDN’T order from the lobby, I would have to walk around through the drive thru, and take a chance on getting run over to place my order!
Then I was told I had to wait for my pizza in the 102 degree sun while it was cooked!

Received great service from this location. We had originally tried to order online, but were having issues with a coupon being accepted. We went in to the lobby to order the pizza and the manager was happy to accept it. The wait time was only 15 minutes (we came in before the dinner rush), and the pizza hit the spot. For the service, timeliness, and quality of our experience, we would be happy to return to this location.

Got a large stuffed crust meat lovers pizza with extra cheese but later got a slice to eat and pulled out a woman’s hair at least 12-14 inches long unfortunately didn’t want to eat anymore called and they honored us with a free pizza but that’s not the point …PUT A HAIR NET ON FOR CHRIST SAKE,,I thought it was required by Health Department

Very disappointed. live within 4 miles of store and cannot get delivery. Ordered for pickup. Cost was about 3 times Little Ceaser’s, Ordered “The Works” large. Toppings were sparse at best, and crust was shown as thick but mostly very thin and mostly soggy, except for outer crust. , Had, about one piece pepperoni per slice, Black olives about 2 small pcs per slice, Sausage, so small could not even find on coupe slices, Garlic butter basically no flavor. Ended up cooking and adding own toppings to make it worth eating. Charging over $20 for what is a really a basic bare pizza is crazy. Several local pizza places locally are one third to half the price, and a lot better. Will not be ordering from them again.

Papa John’s is my favorite and this is a good store. The cashier was nice even though I didn’t give a tip. I’m sorry, it’s just not going to happen unless I’m sitting and being served. We love the pizza and can’t wait to come back!

Ordered online for pick-up at this location. It was an easy drive, and we came at the time it was estimated to be ready. We came by the drive-thru, but ended up waiting over 5 minutes for the employee to speak to us, despite that we were the only one at the drive-thru. That employee appeared to be handling another customer at the lobby. Understaffing issues maybe?
When the cashier finally got to us, she gave us our pizza no problems and we returned home. The pizza came exactly as ordered, with the right toppings and dipping sauces included. I see a lot of negative reviews towards delivery of Papa John’s so that’s why we opted for pick-up instead. No problems there besides the waiting. This Papa John’s located at an easy spot where an outlet is, with ample parking and drive-thru. I would recommend trying out this pizza joint.
