I at one time cooked all my food myself. I am a very clean eater. When I found green heart I was very excited to hear about their mission to provide clean food that taste reasonable. I was hooked at once. I ate 3 of their meals daily for about 3 weeks. I have never had any health problems so when I began to feel nauseous all the time I thought it was viral. To my dismay when I showed my physician friend the ingredients in their meals he said to throw away whatever I had left and NOT to eat anything else from there. My gallbladder and liver were being severely affected by the trash oils that they use in order to cut cost. Now after a week I am still trying to flush out my system so I can actually eat again without getting sick. Stay away if you wanna be healthy!!!

Smart idea! When I worked closer to the area would always pickup dinner or lunch without the guilt of junk food. Food is good and doesn’t taste frozen or fake. Everything is made fresh and guiltless. They have where you can order ahead of time. I had healthily lost 5lbs the first 3 weeks I was eating this for my meals.

Meals have great flavor and are healthy. Portion sizes are small but for those on caloric restrictions, its perfect. Different options available and customizable online. Certain days are their discounted days, check with your local shop to see.

The seasoning could be better, but it’s a nice place to grab home cooked meals when you don’t want to cook. Stock up on Thursdays when they’re on sale.
