Ordered from door dash and door dash messed up sent it to wrong location then the owner proceeded to say how he got screwed out of the 33 dollars because I canceled my order and after I reordered called and said he would not remake the order. Sorry pal I didn’t do this door dash did and you need to take it up with them. Ps. I’ve had encounters with this owner before and his wife both are unprofessional and do not care about there customers also they treat there employees like dirt

This place sucks, go to the one on van horn for a real subway, ive went hear the past 3 days because its close to the job site im doing, there’s no fresh veggies, there’s been plastic spoons laying all over the counter and I figured they would have been picked up by now but still haven’t, looks very unprofessional. the workers act like me telling them what I want is a bother to them, its your job. until this place rehires or gets new management go to any other subway location

I called to complain about my sub (or lack there of). He said “I made that and if you want a bigger sub put veggies on it.” Yeah, buddy, I get it, but C’mon. Not all kids or people like veggies. Sad. $7. Ridiculous.

Rude employees! Always always always rude employees. Literally (not exaggerating) throwing orders into the bag at my coworker who picked the online order up. Today 7/9/2023 at 3:40pm. Don’t like your job? Everyone can tell. Terrible customer service. Every single time. This location’s employees should be happy to even have a job. A lot of people don’t have that luxury. Having a job is what supports your livelihood. They should at least pretend to be happy to serve customers. Your customers are the number one reason you are still employed. Keep your bad attitudes to yourself. Everyone has bad days, I get it, but this is consistent every single visit we make. Nothing worse than a disgruntled employee making your meal. Makes me question the health safety of my meal prep. Seems as though im not the only customer with these issues according to tour reviews.Consistently being treated like a nuisance for visiting this establishment, when these employees are being paid to be there. Terrible customer service. Only chose to go here because my coworker wanted to give this location a second chance. I’m seriously calling corporate on this franchise, because every employee I’ve ever encountered at this location has consistently treated me poorly and I’ve witnessed the same treatment to other customers. So I know these employees either hate their job or hate people in general. Sad when you can’t even let your problems aside to serve customers with a smile. No wonder it’s slow every day. Terrible. Management needs to really work on training employees on proper customer service.

Terribly disappointed with mine and my family’s subs. I should’ve turned around and left when I walked in and the meat and cheese section was shielded. Couldn’t understand the owner/member! It took forever for him to weigh every piece of meat put on the sub. We got three foot long subs and the meat on them wasn’t even enough for 6 inch subs. Couldn’t call the store cause all you get is their fax machine. Won’t ever return to this location, thought I would try them cause they were closer to my home. Wish I would’ve looked at their google reviews before going to this location!!!!
