The worst experience. Went here bc other restaurants were packed, and this one (no surprise) was not. Ordered 1 app and 2 burgers and fries- and were there for 3 hours. Missing one fries. The manager was sitting with a table of chicks instead of managing and was offering them free food and booze since they were complaining about the service as well. He kept telling them and us ‘it’s a long wait for the food but worth it.’ What a joke. When we left, a smart girl at the table of chicks was saying ‘let’s run from this place!’ And we replied, run! Run! BTW – the manager told the table of girls that he was a yacht captain – but apparently he also worked his summer saturday nights at this crappy excuse for old Christie’s. Run.

Food is awful! 2 stars only for the Friendly staff. Place doesn’t worth even to try it. Very dirty inside, dishes are not fresh, neither tasty. Upscale restaurant Prices for chain restaurant quality food. But the last I think, would be even better.

This place is awesome! Customer service is great, plenty of room to hang out, indoor outdoor is great, prices reasonable and just an overall great experience. Love it here, will come everytime I’m in Newport!
