I hate tasting small local restaurants poorly, but my wife and I have been here 3 times and had negative experiences each time. Today was the final straw. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant. First the person that took the order was pretty rude, and impatient. They were out of the two things my wife wanted, she settled on the pimento cheese which was also not great. My sandwich came, first there was no mustard on it which is suppose to come with it. The ham had a lot of fat on it. And I think 4 tiny pieces, it just looked gross to me. I did a refund on it which I almost never do. When I returned it neither the order taker, nor the manager asked what the issue was, or engaged me in any way, she just came over and handed me some money. There are too many other options that are good to waste your time at places that aren’t good and don’t seem to care about your business. One last thing, even though you have to walk up to the counter and order the food, they still do the “the screen is going to ask you a question” thing. Why am I tipping for me doing all of the work including bussing my own table?

This is my 9th time trying this place. I have only come once where they had the Pistachio Chicken Salad. I got it to go and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. It had one pistachio but did have one single cranberry piece. A smidge of a piece. I did not plan on coming back but my husband I tried it again today. Once again they were out of the Chicken Salad. The woman that took our order had dark shoulder length hair with yellow bandana on and horn rimmed glasses. I ordered th Pimento Cheese Sandwich. After she just asked “Is that all you want?” And I said I think my husband would like something. He ordered the Ham and Cheese Sandwich. She asked if he wanted the Creole Mustard on it. And he said yes. I ordered an apple juice and asked about chips. And pointed to boxes she said they were there. We went and sat and waited. Ten minutes later a woman came out and asked if we had order number 9. I said I guess so, we were not given a number. She dropped the bag in the table and walked off. I got up to get napkins. My husband opened his sandwich and it was a mess. Just how pieces of cheese and fatty ham. No mustard. Totally dry. I called the woman over and asked for a side of mustard because it was missing. She said okay and left. (She never came back). My husband opened said he could not eat it. He went up to the counter and told the girl. He just wanted his money back for just that sandwich. (My pimento cheese was okay, it tasted like the cheap pimento cheese you get in the clear tub and the grocery store. But the white bread was good ). She told him that she had to speak to the manager. A few minutes later the manager came over. She was AA and long hair in a ponytail. She only asked what sandwich we had. Walked away without another word. She went to the coffee bar register with the woman that took our order. They got our refund, and the order taker brought us our money and walked away. Not an apology, nothing. As a local, this is the last time we are coming here.

I really enjoy the large variety of items in their menu, it really allowed us to pick the food and drinks we enjoy. The food itself was great, the combination of flavours were really enjoyable and I really enjoyed the ingredients they used for the fruit bowls. The match bubble tea however was a bit lacking in matcha flavours and mostly only tasted the popping balls. The service was friendly and patient but they forgot the coconut in my bowl and they also ran out of condensed milk. I wish they would have told me before preparing my bowl so that I could have changed my choice instead of having to switch to another topping after they finished preparing it. The presentation is a bit weird to me but I do like the interior decorations that makes the place really comfortable.

I recently visited Bread & Butter Bakery at 1124 Monticello St SW, in Covington, GA. I had a very pleasant experience when I visited this place. I enjoyed the decor and how it made you feel with plenty of seating and people seating around. I ordered a scone and a simple coffee and thought it took way to long for it. I did enjoy my meal there and would like to give it another try.

Bread and Butter Bakery is a cute bakery in the town square in Covington. It is sooooo cute with immaculate vibes inside. We tried numerous drinks, macarons (oreo, red velvet, and pumpkin), and oreo cake. We thoroughly loved all of it, it was so fresh and we have to say the red velvet and pumpkin macarons were so delicious.

First time visiting, and I’m mad at myself for not coming here sooner! I’ve been in this area for almost ten years and never stopped in. Such a big mistake. I came in looking for something sweet, and whew, they did not disappoint.

The cakes and sweets are so good, and the portions? Let’s just say you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. Their boba tea was super refreshing too… the perfect combo. The vibe inside is really inviting, and the staff are just as sweet as their desserts. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

I’m so glad I finally came through, because this is definitely a new go-to spot for my sweet tooth!

It has a nice atmosphere but after coming in several times, I find the baked goods to be sub par. The Chocolate croissant and macarons have been the only good things. The service needs some serious work. Employees on phones not paying attention. One barista had on so much cologne one day that my cup tasted like cologne. Today I waited while multiple employees saw me at the register and nobody came to take an order so I left having made no purchase. Will be looking for another place to pass time when needed.

Went here three months ago and I’m still thinking about how great their coffee was!! Best white chocolate iced latte I’ve ever had.

The customer service was amazing. My friend ordered the wrong drink and they remade her a new one for free. Such a great place to sit and relax while eating a nice snack and sipping on wonderfully made refreshments .

Peanut butter cookies might be a bit too sweet and peanut butter flavor was light than the ones I bought from grocery store.

Macroon selections are good

I was so excited to try this place and leave so disappointed
The young lady taking your order is super kind, but they didn’t give me what I ordered they way they even suggested (they suggested a hit sandwich I agree and they bring me a cold one) to me and the flavor was nothing special

And the crust of the quiche that my wife ordered was not well cooked
She ordered a chai no sugar , and bring her one with sugar.

The kitchen slow not even having many customers.

the kindness of the people and the environment is good.
