I ordered online to get the $6.99 any sub deal, and the receipt very clearly said that I wanted extra olives and onions and I received barely any olives and did not receive any onions. The onions are an important part to add flavor to the sub I got too so it ruined my sub. I called and spoke to the manager and they said that only 4 olives typically come on a foot long, so if I asked for extra olives it would only be 8. Which is ridiculous. Olives aren’t even expensive, so to be stingy with them is crazy to me. I’ve been to many Subways and the ones that are stingy about their vegetables, I don’t go back to. And regarding the fact I received no onions, they didn’t apologize and offered to have me bring my sub back so they can remake it and by that time I was already back home since I assumed the sub was okay and I wasn’t about to go all the way back. Then they said a non-genuine apology and said they’d speak to their employees. No discount offered for the next visit, which most places would do. Not coming back. I’ve tried giving this location a chance, but the customer service has always been hit or miss here. Most of the time it’s a miss though. Do better, Subway. This is why people go to other sub shops now instead of Subway because there’s no surprises like this at other sub shops.

It is Saturday evening, store is steady, Ashley is the only staff member, every customer had a specific way they wanted their sub made… Ashley handled each of them/us with patience and grace, never once did she give the impression that we were a bother. The service industry needs more humans like Ashley. I will go wherever Ashley is just be have the type of service I received. Thanks Ashley, keep up the good job

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It happened on October 29 around 8:07 PM at this location. I accidentally sent an online order here instead of the store near my home — which is about 30 minutes away — and I called within minutes to explain the situation. I then drove to the store and politely asked if there was any reasonable solution (refund or remake). I paid for a proper meal, not something reheated and handed back.

The heavyset African American male employee with short hair in waves (around 5’10”, and appeared to be the one who made the food) instantly became hostile. Instead of listening, he started yelling, used profanity, put his hand in my face, and kept shouting “take it or leave it.” He also kept saying “I have nothing to do with the app,” even though I called right away and tried to handle it properly and respectfully.

At no point did I raise my voice — I was calm start to finish. He spoke to me like I was nobody and treated me like an inconvenience instead of a customer who had already paid.

If this is how Subway employees are allowed to treat people who are being reasonable and respectful, then that says more about the management and the brand than about the employee.

I will update this review based on whether corporate chooses to address this or leaves it as a reflection of their standards.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway. The staff was extremely disrespectful, and the service was unbelievably rude. They even argued with me about which toppings come on the sub, which was completely unnecessary.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt negative — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no respect. Even the manager joined in the complaining instead of setting an example for the team. It was clear that customer care was the last thing on anyone’s mind.

If I were the owner, I would seriously reevaluate this entire team. This location does not represent the Subway brand well, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

There is no reason for the employees to have an attitude because I have a free foot-long from the subway club. I had no idea how it worked, and I had a few very simple questions was met with attitude. But the food was good.

Placed an online order and upon arrival was rudely told they did not have an order for my name. I was offered no help at all. It is the same woman who I’ve seen in recent 1 star reviews, she is supposed to be the “manager” but has a terrible attitude and will not help you. I wouldn’t even trust her around my food. I will continue to go to subway but will never return to this location. It’s a shame as a few months ago I had a good interaction with different staff. Should have stuck with them.

If I could leave a negative star for the customer service at THIS specific location I would! I really want to leave a review everyday until it’s new workers. Jae the girl behind the counter is TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I’ve decided by the end of all of this to leave a review everyday until something changes.

I’ve placed mobile orders multiple times for this location. Your employee(s) frequently IGNORE the list of ingredients to be included on the sandwich, sometimes even ignoring the type of bread selected.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This was one of the worst subways I have ever been too! The girl who names start with a j was so rude to us we didn’t complete our order we walked out. Her customer service was horrible. She tried to argue with me about my toppings. I will never go back there please avoid this location.
