What a cute little spot so well decorated. Stopped by Noodleholics in Largo and was seriously impressed. The noodles were so good and flavorful broth with a little heat, fresh herbs, bean sprouts. You can tell everything is made with care because the flavors really come together. I learned it’s a brunch spot definitely coming back for the waffles

This noodle place is very convenient, especially during rush hours. Service is fast and efficient, so it’s a great option when you need something quick but still satisfying.
I also love that they offer donuts as well. It’s nice to grab something sweet after a warm bowl of noodles. The combination makes it easy to stop by for both a meal and a treat in one place.
Definitely a convenient spot I would come back to!

Open for at least a month. Definitely room for improvements. It should not take at least 30 minutes for crab rangon (not fresh; the rangons at mega market vendors are fresh and handmade on the spot) and one sandwich. Not a complicated nor complex order. Boba still had sugar crystals that were not thoroughly blended. Hope to see room for growth and improvement so different tastes and flavors of Lao food can be shared with all.

Newly opened but needs improvement. Ordered as pictured. Service was very slow, took more than half an hour for 2 items. My sandwich was cold, BBQ pork is supposed to be warm, not a cold cut. Had to asked to get it toasted. Nice concept, but execution is not there right now.

This is is a little gem! The food was amazing one of the best pho broths I have had in a very long time! The atmosphere is super cute and comfy! And the lady that served us was very friendly. I wish we lived closer so we could come back weekly.

Adorable new place for amazing Asian fusion breakfasts, appetizers, sandwiches, noodle soups, donuts and more! I had a noodle soup dish, a Lao khao gi pate sandwich, donuts, and their amazing waffles that has the perfect chew inside with a nice crisp on the outside. All dishes are bursting with flavor and made with love. Super clean with the cutest decor. You definitely need to check them out!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NOODLEHOLICS — The Only Place Where I Happily Lose All Self‑Control

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be spiritually, emotionally, and physically nourished by a bowl of noodles, let me introduce you to my new religion: NOODLEHOLICS.

I’ve eaten my way through this menu like it’s a personal side quest, and let me tell you—every single dish has been a knockout. Not a single miss. Not even a “meh.” I leave this place so full and satisfied that I briefly consider writing my will, because if that’s the last meal I ever eat, I’d go out smiling.

The Food (AKA: The Reason I Keep Coming Back Like a Loyal Golden Retriever)

Every dish here tastes like someone in the kitchen has sworn a sacred oath to make sure I never experience disappointment again. The broths? Deep, rich, layered, and borderline therapeutic. The noodles? Perfect every time—never mushy, never sad, always ready to carry the weight of my hopes and dreams.

• Boat Noodle — A dark, savory masterpiece that tastes like it simmered for 400 years under the supervision of a wise monk.
• Pho Vientiane — Comfort in a bowl. If a hug had a flavor, this would be it.
• Tom Yum Noodle — Spicy enough to remind me I’m alive, flavorful enough to make me grateful for it.
• Mee Hang, Mee Ped, Mee Everything — I don’t know who “Mee” is, but I trust them with my life.

Even the starters are dangerous. I’ve ordered pot stickers “just to snack on” and then inhaled them like I was being timed.

The Portions

Let me be clear: you will not leave hungry.
You will leave full.
You will leave happy-full.
You will leave “I need to sit in my car for 10 minutes and reflect on my choices” full.

And honestly? That’s the best kind of full.

The Hours (The Only Flaw in This Otherwise Perfect Universe)

They’re open 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, which is adorable and also the only thing preventing me from moving into the building. I respect the schedule, but I’m also convinced this is the universe testing my patience. If they ever extend to dinner hours, I’m done for. Just roll me out like a dumpling.

The Vibe

Friendly staff, clean space, and food that arrives fast enough to make you question whether they have a team of noodle ninjas hiding in the back. Every visit feels like a warm welcome and a gentle reminder that joy still exists in this world.

⭐ Final Verdict

If you haven’t been to NOODLEHOLICS yet, go.
If you’ve been once, go again.
If you’re reading this while hungry, I’m sorry for your suffering—go fix it.

This place is a gem, a treasure, a noodle sanctuary. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a standing ovation from me every time I waddle out the door.
