I’ve been coming to Jersey Mike’s within the last 2 months I was very impressed when I walked into the sub shop today I said hello & Associate Nick verbally told me what’s up I wanted what I wanted on it and the seasonings, I was so impressed that this young man doesn’t see me that often but he remembered the sub that I get exactly to the teague every time I walk in there…. To his boss if you read this he deserves a gift card a reward something to show that you appreciate him… That is what I call and I care attitude… You cannot find hard-working young associates like that today in different businesses…. He deserves some kind of award. . To show him how much you appreciate him and what a hard-working young man he is I encourage everybody if you wanted a delicious sub at an excellent price go to Jersey Mike’s… There’s sub shop is a clean place… With wonderful personalities all these workers have thank you again Nick you made me so happy today I didn’t even have to wait long you made it so quickly… May God bless you Nick and your family have a wonderful day until we meet again….. I’m not sure if I’d say this is a stellar, unparalleled, amazing sandwich stop, but it sure offers Jersey Mike’s reliable tasty sandwiches. Roast beef was good. When I placed order I wanted it plain and no cheese and when delivered there was cheese. Luckily I was able to remove cheese. Unfortunately only couple of slices of roast beef. Mostly bread. The Jersey Mike’s on Aldrich Road is much better. But they don’t deliver.

Tried this new location instead of the original Howell location on 9 and Aldrich. This was a one and done for us. Paid for extra meat on one sub and there was less meat than on a regular sub at any other location. Both subs had NO meat for the last inch on either end. Asked for vinegar on the side and got about two tablespoons in a plastic cup. Scant toppings on one sub and half a head of lettuce on the other. Will not return even though it is the closest location to us.
