I am definitely going back to try other interesting and authentic dishes offered here.
The staff was so nice and helpful, but the service was not ” fine dining” as the dishes were brought out a full 15 minutes apart. If going with another person expect to share the first dish and then the second. If each expect to eat their own dish you might not eat at the same time.
They didn’t rush us out and it was busy for Xmas.
Lunch specials at the price of $10.95 comes with a dish of your choice from the menu, soup or soda and a bowl of rice. The portion is big and plentiful. We love to order a couple of the specials to share among friends.
Have not tried dinner yet but it should be great as well judging from the lunch!
The menu is huge, about 12 pages. We ordered several items among which Singaporean fried rice was my favorite. Had a mix of shrimp, chicken, egg, with quality rice. The cucumber with garlic sauce was excellent too. Other items like mixed seafood with vegetables, popcorn chicken and egg with minced pork were average to me.
Service wise they are really good, really friendly staff. They packed our left overs. Food came out pretty quick too. Overall a decent family dining location.
Inside, the place was clean, cozy, and had a relaxing vibe. We ordered some authentic Chinese dishes with hot tea. As soon as my wife took her first bite, I saw that look of surprise and delight on her face the food was absolutely delicious.
In the end, we were both glad we stepped in. Great flavors, great ambiance, and a new favorite place to add to our list.
Always on the lookout for a good Chinese restaurant. And they are really good!
Nice big space. Different sections, there are booths and tables and large tables with lazy susans.
So many delicious dishes. We’re only 2 so we ordered 1 dish each and plan to go back to try others. So good we went back a week later hehehe
Scallion Pancake – crispy! This was very good, we ordered a second one.
Stir Fried Pig Feet – ok we did not except such small pieces of pig feet but it’s so good! 2 pepper sign is so spicy.
Sizzling Hot Plate Duck – oh delicious! Tender duck over a bed of veggies. My favorite!
Green Pepper Century Eggs – spicy but good, I think it’s like a jalapeño pepper too spicy to eat directly. I avoided eating the pepper then it was less spicy.
Smoked Pork with Garlic Sprouts – this is really good, I only wish the pork was more tender.
General Tsos Chicken – generic
Singapore Fried Rice – this was different, love Singapore Mei Fun, but never had it as rice, but it’s good.
We saw another table get a big bowl, and we asked what it was, fish head soup. Definitely coming back in cooler weather to try it!
