Great food combos at a pick up only location. However there are a few tables and chairs in the restaurant to go. The food was fantastic, several sauce choices. Only thing is the order was missing fries, discovered before leaving the parking lot and the workers replaced the fries within a few minutes.

Awesome wings! I’ve had bad experiences with BWW but this spot was awesome. The wings had plenty of sauce and the fries tasted fresh.
I got medium wings and lemon pepper. My wife got the garlic Parmesan. Super good! Still hot and fresh. The guy had them ready as soon as I walked and I took a picture of the menu with no issue. Plenty of parking. I was impressed with the customer service! I will be back. 5 stars mang!

Front counter is empty and takes forever to attend to anyone. Appear to be short staffed (every week that we come, not just today). Very poor customer service to whoever comes in. Food was cold and there was no sauce, I asked for sauce since wings were dry and they had to charge.

The wings were clearly made with care and passion. The service was outstanding, and the staff made the experience genuinely enjoyable. I especially recommend the Hawaiian boneless wings the coconut shreds add a delicious tropical touch!

Assistant manager, I believe his name is Stefen, was so professional and beyond helpful. I was having a bit of trouble picking what i wanted and he was very informative!!! Stefen could pass as a manager !! He’s great! Wings were awesome And Service was spectacular!! Definitely coming back!!

I don’t know how this place has anything above a 2 star rating. Every time we go here, there is an issue. They can’t do point rewards, they can’t find our order, they can’t find the food. It’s always something. Not coming here anymore and I do not recommend it at all

First time trying this service and first impression was HORRIBLE. I placed an order online but had a certain request so I tried calling before picking up so they knew what I needed before they worked on my order but after 4 attempts of no one answering the phone I gave up. Once I got here I let the girl know I tried calling and her response was “well there’s 3 of us here and if we’re backed up we can’t hear the phone” mind you the phone is walking distance to the kitchen. I made a phone call while I was in the store, the phone was LOUD so they CHOSE not to answer my calls. There were also only 2 orders on the screen for everyone to see so no they weren’t “backed up” wings are tiny, fries are super dry. This is if you’re desperate for something quick lol but for a better experience, better hospitality and better food just go to the actual restaurant.
