So i ordered a cheese pizza… and well its a cheese pizza but certainly the most mediocre cheese pizza you will ever see. The cheese barely covers the dough and its even poorly sauced. Crazy thing is i left a 6 dollar tip on a 12 dollar pizza. You would think that tipping generously would ensure a good product but today i learned that it’s apparently the opposite. Taste is good on the 2 slices that are actually fully covered by cheese. Dough is cooked correctly and service was relatively fast.

Placed and online order for an extra cheese pizza and this is what I got my husband didn’t check it before leaving we’ve been here plenty of times and I always check very disappointing my daughters birthday and this is the pizza she got they didn’t offer anything to make it right next time you have to call them right away otherwise good luck

The website did not honor any of their new promo codes. The website said to call restaurant. Went in person and they still did not honor discount , even after showing them the issue twice with their new fantastic four promo. Waited for 30 minutes just to be able to place order. So my last two times here on 04/14/2023 and 04/21/2023 left me waiting outside for my pizza after I already have been notified via the app on the estimated time of pickup. On my first visit I was able to to receive a refund after waiting for 30 minutes at the store and an hour after I sent the order via the app. I’m not sure what’s going on here. For my second trip, I am waiting about 10 minutes before I decide to ask for a refund. However I do recommend Dominos pizza down the street which was much faster in making my pizza.

The pizza is not great but good especially for the price. That being said I used to go here often but lately not so much. The service here is terrible, the wait is long and when you order online they do not notify you when your pizza is ready. The last 4 times I did order pizza online, I had to go during the time the app said my pizza should be ready. Thats because they let all the pizza pile up and dont scan them as ready or load them into the pizza portal. On top of them being behind, multiple times they had included someone elses pizza in my order and I had to wait for my missing pizza that I assume was mistakenly given to someone else. So if you order online, make sure to go in and ask of your pizza is ready even if you havent recieved any notifications that your pizza is ready and make sure to check it is what you ordered.

Worst customer service ever. I showed up at the store, and there were two ladies at the front desk talking (I’m guessing with a customer) over the phone. I waited for around 10 mins just to order two regular pepperoni pizzas. During the whole time, these two ladies never spoke to me or even made eye contact. They were just talking on the phone.
