On Sunday, December 28th, 2025, I had a Philly Burger, handful of fried mushrooms, handful of fries, which as you all know Gary puts a little Shake of seasoning salt on everybody’s fries to give it that little Special Touch, and a medium Dr Pepper.
My son used to work for him in high school and he would still work for him periodically from time to time as needed and Sunday was the last time that my son will ever work for Gary. It was a Bittersweet moment. ❤️

My husband and I ate here for the first time today while visiting 5th Avenue Mall in Anchorage. First, let me say that the owner is delightful! He has a wonderful sense of humor, and is very personable. We would return to this place just to talk with him. But, what a bonus that the food is delicious! We ordered the bacon cheeseburger and halibut burger. They were both yummy, but the fries were amazing! I was a little surprised that the halibut wasn’t fresh pieces on the bun, instead it was a square premade patty. Still, it was very tasty. I only have a couple of photos, forgot to take pics before we chowed down on our foodies.

Absolutely Awful. He messed up my child’s order and told him to shut up and refused to show the receipt. Please do not give him your business. Eventually he gave the food. What a waste of restaurant space in this nice mall.

Awesome Ribs, Wings and Fries meal!
For being located in a food court, they have great flavor. We went twice during lunch time and the food came out very fast.

The owner is super nice and was friendly to our kiddo trying to recommend tater tots to her. Her mind was set on the macaroni salad. Food was great. Yes prices are up there, but it’s Alaska.

The fries are very tasty as well as the shrimp and halibut. I also had the American cheeseburger which was just okay. The burger lacked flavor. This place is located in the foodcourt of the mall where there is seating to eat your meal with free Wi-Fi.

This interaction was the worst experience I have had. The worker was incredibly rude and profusely yelled at us when he incorrectly gave our orders. He refused to show us any receipts nor cooperate and yelled at multiples minors. He even had the correct order ready but refused to provide it until a group of more adults got involved. This is unacceptable service that should never be tolerated by anyone.

Worker gave us an incorrect order. He yelled at us saying “shut up!” when we went up to him respectfully and tried to sort out the order. He had the order in the kitchen but did not hand it out until a large crowd circled the restaurant siding with us. In addition, while he was waiting for customers, he began to smoke behind the counter

Guy was rude and raised his voice when i took a second too long to pay for my food when i was getting my card out. I paid 20$ for chicken strips, fries and a drink then when i got the food it was 3 tiny chicken strips. And ive heard of him yelling at people and telling them to shut up all the time too.
