This was the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. Went on 12/2. Walked in and there was people waiting. I asked the hostess how long the wait was and she said 5 to 10 minutes. I looked around and there were lots of empty tables so I didn’t understand why people were waiting. We decided to wait 40 minutes later I finally asked again and they finally seated us. We waited for 45 minutes for our food. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was way over cooked and my husband ordered the steak and it was very dry. The only thing I can say was we had a great waitress. The women’s bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days and there was no toilet paper in several of the stalls. Obviously the management lacks in this establishment.

In short, worst experience ever. While the food was decent, we waited forever on it. It took about 10 minutes for the waitress to bring our drinks. After we ordered our appetizer, it came 15 minutes later and our food about 25-30 minutes after that. They forgot my boyfriends fries, and those didn’t show up until 10-15 minutes after our waitress brought our food. My boyfriends steak was decent but nothing special. I had salmon and it was pretty good. We both had the Mac and cheese… it’s basically 4 bites and had way to much pepper. When we asked our waitress what took so long for everything, she told us they only had 1 cook and management was helping fix food. She didn’t offer an apology she just walked off. Before we left I warned a large party that sat down beside us that it would be at least an hour before they got their food. Avoid at all costs. Next time we will just wait at Chilis, Ruby Tuesday’s, Olive Garden, or Cracker Barrel for a table. Never going back.

I used to be a server here, so I am aware of how good the food was. Sadly on this visit, it wasn’t. The Texas Rose (appetizer) was burnt, the salad was filled with core lettuce pieces and didn’t have enough dressing. My sweet potato was cold and my steak had little to no flavor. I only gave 2 stars due to the fact that our server was spot on! She did a great job! Wont return.

Very disappointing… My steak was so marbled/fatty that I couldn’t cut it. The kitchen manager, who was extremely professional, brought the replacement steak out to my table and apologized for the inedible piece of meat. While the second steak was better, the quality was still inferior and I left a good quarter of it, sinew, on the plate. My waitress was also extremely professional and helpful. It’s a shame that the Lone Star corporate folks can’t see the value in offering quality food to their customers…to mirror the quality of service that their employees strive to offer.

Visited 11/24/17 it was empty when we arrived. Food was good, loved the hot rolls but the steaks weren’t cooked as we ordered them. But our server Courtney was AWESOME! We were traveling but would go back again.

Went there for a work lunch at the request of a co-worker. It was actually worse than I expected. They had a hostess and a single server for the entire restaurant. We tried to order food and 3 of the items they did not have. One of them was an 8 once steak. Isn’t this place supposed to be a steakhouse? Food was sub-par at best. I could have gotten a better meal at Culvers and for half the price. I witnessed the table in the front and back of us get food taken take to the wrong tables. Complete train wreck. Why can’t this place finally close down and this very valuable piece of real estate be used for something better!

Went for lunch, realized they don’t have lunch menu. Food was good but very expensive for lunch. Service was good for the amount of people they had working for the floor. She did her best. But they don’t have anyone working so we waited along for service and food. Couple in front of us got tired of waiting and left. So if you go make sure they have more than a host and bartender”Waitress” working.

Didn’t have to wait long to be seated, menu was decent with something for everyone. The seats seemed to dip loads so the table seemed high, there wasn’t any WiFi and the place was cold. Food was great and high quality, the steaks that came out were all requested to be medium rare yet were quite different, I’m sure they would have taken them back but didn’t mind. Overall great food and staff, would go back again.

So we had dinner here on Friday (11/03/17) AND Saturday (11/04/17) night. The steaks are AWESOME, cooked just right, tender, didn’t have to “saw” through them, TONS of flavor (no A-1 needed which says a lot for me), good prices and GREAT SERVICE!! We got seated in less than 10 minutes on a Friday night.
The food was cooked right, hot, timely and the cinnamon honey butter for the rolls WOW!! Fabulous!!
Our waitress, Sondra, remembered us Saturday from Friday night, we even asked for her Saturday, she remembered what we had ordered Friday, including what we drank, to the dressing on the salads, the food we ordered even how it was cooked. There was an issue with one of the steaks Saturday night, taken off the bill, problem solved. No arguing, no excuses – removed. That was the kitchens error, not the waitress or the manager.
Wish we had one in Murfreesboro TN or closer to home.
