My friends and I grabbed a bite to eat before hitting the road back to Chicago. The food was made fresh and it was really good. The manager came out and spoke to us. He e en gave us some custard to try. The food definitely hit the spot. This was my 2nd Freddy’s experience in the St. Louis area this weekend. I had never had it back home and there are a couple near me. So now I’m a fan!!!

This wasn’t even the first time having an experience like this at this specific store. I tried ordering at the drive thru, no other customers but employees just standing outside smoking. Waited about 5min and finally asked the employees smoking if anyone was working because nobody was answering the drive thru. I thought about it and decided if the employees didn’t care that much, they wouldn’t care to probably wash their hands after smoking. And also probably wouldn’t care about safe food handling or making the food right. The employees on multiple visits seem like they don’t want people to order from this restaurant.

Freddy’s is consistent for a juicy burger and delicious custard. I’m also a huge fan of their curds. This location is new and I found it to be cleaner than other Freddy’s. There was some kinks ordering, but this is expected with a new location. Overall, the food was good and the service was friendly.

Freddy’s is our go-to now that Steak and Shake has imploded. I am a veteran so I was really impressed with their veterans day free meal card. I was able to take advantage of the veterans day options and come back to Freddy’s later. Burgers are outstanding and I really love the shoestring fries. I didn’t have the custard but there was a group of kids that did and they seemed to enjoy it.

Stopped here to grab a quick meal. Dude taking my order was short and sounded angry, mic kept cutting out and I couldn’t hear half of what he said. I got a patty melt, drove all the way back to work, just to open the box and find this. A label of some sort literally grilled into the sandwich. So gross. Clearly the people cooking were not paying attention, makes me wonder what else goes unnoticed. I didn’t have time to go back and try and get a refund, so I just didn’t have lunch. Nasty! Hopefully employees are washing their hands here.

Feels like a scam. Overpriced and not good. I got a double stack burger and it looks so thin. The fry’s are thin too. $20 for a meal and a custard sandwich that’s very small and mediocre. No flavor and no sauce. Shrinkflation at its finest

Craving cheese curds all day! I used Uber eats and they delivered fries instead. I do not eat fries. What a disappointment. My order was correct and it said curds on the receipt. No curds.

Food is always solid. Regardless of pickup or drive thru – they always miss at least one item if not more. Staff is rude if you ask about missing items and you are very obviously a large inconvenience to the staff if you want your entire order.
Was recently questioned by kitchen staff when I came back to obtain the second half of our order that was missed from drive thru.
Service is slow and often disjointed – lots of ways to optimize the operation here to make it run more smoothly and avoid missing orders or items.

Food is good but the ice cream is way too expensive to not be full. Thought the stickers over the lids were so dashers didn’t help themselves but looks like they were really to prevent me from noticing they didn’t fill the cups.
