No wait to sit down and our server was very friendly and attentive. She made sure our drinks were always filled and that our food was tasting good. I ordered the sticky finger dinner and it was delicious. Lot of sauce and extra ranch to dip them in. We had a great time here and will visit again soon.

Had lunch on Monday afternoon. Got a booth right away. The server was amazing. He was on top of it. We ordered cheese curds and they came out a little bit too soft so the server said he has another batch coming and will add caramel sauce. He wasn’t wrong!!!
Cheese curds with caramel sauce is a MUST!!!
Boneless wings were a hit.

Marci is why we come here! Iv had some ups and downs with food quality there to be honest…Iv noticed lots of turn overs with staff since opening, so that might not be worth the extra star….but Marci always makes sure the right games are on and drinks are poured properly, always keeping up with customers and making sure the experience is good and personable.

The food is consistent with the brand and we like it, but I have decided after multiple visits with terrible service I won’t go again.
Took an hour to get our food. And only then because we said something. Even then it was treated like an inconvenience and justification were given. Fact half the restaurant was empty, fact other tables seated after we ordered received food, fact we didn’t see our server for 20 minutes and had to waive down another server to find out about our food.

We always love Wingers and this location, the food is amazing, the service is always fast and friendly, but the one thing that made our whole day was our server Marci. She’s the kind of person that brightens a room, is genuinely warm and sweet, and gave exceptional service. She made it feel like we were in a small town and we’ve known her forever, even though we just met tonight!

I absolutely love coming to see Marci at the bountiful wingers! She is by far the hardest worker , friendliest staff, sweetest soul and easy to love! You guys are lucky to have her she works hard and genuinely cares about her guest and her team. She is definitely a leader and I have seen it since she started . I come in for the good conversation a good drink and good food and I have to say I always leave full , happy and content . Thank you Marci for showing up and for always taking good care of us . And a huge shout out to John and Jerry as well Marci always tells me u have the best cooks in the kitchen tonight I don’t know ya but I hear all about ya !! So 5 star all around for me

I love their boneless chicken strips with the signature sauce. Lightly breaded and juicy. The garlic fries are also wonderful. The servers were friendly and responsive.

Where do I start!? Well, for a slow Monday night at 5:30 (before the dinner rush) I didn’t expect to wait for nearly an hour to get my food. I have 2 small children so going to a sit down restaurant is a gamble anyway. Add a 50 minute wait and it’s game over. On top of a crazy long wait to get the food, waiter never once acknowledged the long wait, we barely saw her, and she forgot the kids drinks. one kids quesadilla came out with unmelted cheese with the side of carrots coming out 10 minutes after the meal, we were given a measly amount of carrots and far far under cooked after I requested them to be cooked soft for my toddler. The other kids meal came out with 2 (literally 2) apple slices for the side. (Pics attached but my daughter had already eaten 1). 2 stars because my sticky fingers were top notch and the garlic fries are delightful. Otherwise not a great experience. This is not a place where I need to spend all night to enjoy the atmosphere. Ps. Put a tiny bit of effort into your kids meals. Probably won’t go back. Even without the kids.
