This place is a total hidden gem! It’s a bit tucked away behind the government buildings, but it is absolutely worth the find. Hands down the best meal I’ve had in the area. I tried the jerk chicken tacos with tostones, and they were incredible. The standout was the cilantro crema; it had the perfect loose consistency for drizzling over the tacos and the tostones. Please go support this spot so they stay around. We need food this good in town!

The prices are insanely good and crazy affordable You order upfront pay then take ur seat they had great food and a mom and pop vibe the food took a little bit but it was fresh and good so that didn’t bother me the eggs where ordered over easy but was made a undercooked sunny side up but that was really are groups only complaint.

Looking for tasty, delicious food with a pleasant, clean environment? This hidden gem is where it is, I have been here a few times, and I have tried a few of their dishes. Sandwiches are great. The coffee is amazing. Today, I had the opportunity to try the Island style curry chicken. It was beyond great tasting. I wish I had gotten a bigger plate, lol. Check them out. The owners are very nice and welcoming. It’s definitely my go-to spot when I am in the area.

Came here for a breakfast meeting with a customer and absolutely LOVED it! The food was AMAZING! It smells so good when you walk in the door. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, prices were reasonable, reggae music playing lightly in the background, and there was plenty of seating! If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely be back!

Warning, you will wait awhile for the food but I promise you… it’s worth it.
You remember in ratatouille when the food critic has a flash back to his childhood? This was one of those places.
1st time here, I ordered a Dijon chicken wrap. Waited awhile to get it but good lord it was amazing. (I know, I know… chicken wrap?) I tried my co-workers chicken curry, I was upset I didn’t order both. Luckily, I work right next to it so I’m gonna get fat here soon. This food is on point. beautifully seasoned, prices are criminally low and it reminded me of how my grandma use to make a chicken wrap.
15/10 highly recommend.

NO THANK YOU!! First off, this spot is hard to find and easy to miss. Second, food and value DO NOT match at all. Third, if you’re into extra protein, they’ve got the live variety for your tasting pleasure. I left this place with my stomach questioning my decision all the way around. After ordering at the counter, we had plenty of time to sit and check out the restaurant, and man, did we get to see what it offered. The live show was the critters on the table and the floor. The critter on the floor was too quick for me to get on video. When I received my food, I’m not even going to bother to mention what it was. The egg-based dish had eggshells peppered throughout. The bowl of grits that they have the nerve to charge close to $5 for was below basic on every level. I’ve had way better at Waffle House any day of the week. My companion went to the bathroom and stated that some of the reststop bathrooms are cleaner than that at Pinch & Dash. It seems like this place is mainly supported by law enforcement and if so I feel really sorry for our service members. I’ve enjoyed better meals at Wawa. Lord, this place is a NO on the highest level. One and done for me!!!

First time going here, so happy we found it thanks to the olllld interwebs, . But srsly, they are located in an industrial park that is mostly all closed on Saturday, but they are not thankfully, so don’t think they’re closed and drive away.
We met Trish, the owner, and she was very personable and delightful to speak with while our food was being cooked. I got the breakfast sandwich croissant egg, cheese, n bacon and my gf got a bacon, egg, n cheese on pressed Cuban bread. Both are great. My croissant was so fresh, light, and buttery, the eggs seasoned and cooked well and good bacon. On the weekends this is a nice quiet peaceful place and i imagine during the week it’s much busier. Their menu is very diverse and i am now excited to try several other intriguing items. DEF will be back. (See pics).

Loved it. The eclectic menu makes it hard to know what to order, because it all sounds so good. The prices are very reasonable. It’s located in an industrial park, so call in your order ahead of time, and head over there. Very friendly service, and clean establishment. My husband had the chicken stir fry, and I had the Caribbean chicken curry. No complaints

What a gem! Highly recommend. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a quick, light lunch before the ceremony. My husband found this cafe 10 minutes from our hotel. Following our GPS through what felt like an office complex, we found the spot.
FOOD: Delicious! Perfection! We got the West India Fried Rice with Pork and Onions – phenomenal!! So tender and flavorful! The spices blended together beautifully! I got a hot Cafe con Leche – and the strong, smoky coffee contrasted with the sweet milk was just what I needed to power up for a long night of celebrating!!
SERVICE: The owner who took our order was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was so thoughtful and brought us two plates of rice knowing my husband and I planned to split the pork since we just needed a light lunch before the wedding.
I wish we were local! We’d absolutely come back and try other menu items

First time here this morning. Absolutely lovely staff and quite literally the BEST breakfast food you’re going to get around the Tampa Bay area. Coffee is out of this world too. Will definitely coming back here to try some lunch items in the future!
