Little Bloom Lao & Thai is hands down one of my favorite thai spots in Portland! The owner is the sweetest; you can feel the love and passion in the food. Everything I’ve had tastes so good! My go to dish is the Pad Kee Mao & it pairs perfectly with the thai iced tea! You must come try!

I love SE Asian food and eat it often. I rarely find a place that stands out, let alone write a review for. This place is phenomenal! I work at the hospital just minutes away and I plan on trying every dish she offers. SO excited to have found this cart. I would say the green papaya salad is a little more Lao style than Thai, but I like that. I have never had Pad Ke Mao with egg noodles. It was really quite good. The noodles had the perfect amount of chewy bite and the ingredients were seared without that weird burnt oil flavor that you sometimes get from wok seared dishes. I 10/10 recommend.

We ordered the Pad Ka Prow and Pad Kee Mao. The chicken, egg, noodles, EVERYTHING were crisp and tender and stir fried to perfection. Flavors were abundant.
The chef was wonderful and whipped up everything quite quickly considering it was a one man show!
Seating area was nice and clean.
Would DEFINITELY come again. In fact, I’d go out of my way to return.

Yummy Thai food getting served from a cute little food cart in Mississippi District.
Went with the basic Pad Thai and really enjoyed it. It was a cold day in December, so the hot food really hit the spot! Good portions and ingredients were fresh. Came out medium spicy; I will ask for more “heat” next time.

This place is the real deal! You can smell it in the neighborhood and it tastes just as delicious! We got the pad kee mao with tofu and she just spices it so well! The egg and broccoli were so juiced with the sauce and it was so fresh! They make the spice just right not so hot that it’s all heat. But there’s really an umami flavor! Definitely a top thai place in my book!
