There was a man and lady , who take pride in what they do! It was so immaculate clean everything looked fresh! They made a great sandwich and the bread was fresh! When everything is fresh and made well Subway is very good! They were both so pleasant ! I felt bad how hot it was in there! This is the location to get a good sandwich!

When I order in person I get to direct how I want my sub. We ordered delivery and the sub was all wrong. They forgot my chips. We called and let them know, and they said they would credit the chips. That was Monday. No credit yet. I called and complained about the sub and how it was done wrong. I mean look at the pic. Mustard slobbered on. 3 pickles. Very little lettuce. It was just not appetizing at All!!! I called and complained and a worker from subway told me to come anytime and they’d redo a sub for me. I went in today and the manager acted like she didn’t know anything. I had my receipt. I have this pic. She pulled up the receipt from her computer. She found my order and said this is what I got. Well, lady, it was made wrong!! you guys forgot my chips too! This is a waste of money. Imma stick to publix. Avoid this subway. Management doesn’t know about customer service. The workers are slow so if you’re on a 30 minute lunch break avoid this place. Definitely DONT ORDER TO GO!!! Never stepping foot in this place again. They don’t keep their word and they don’t know how to make a sub order for delivery. Smh. I wish I could get my money back. I went without eating lunch.

The lady who works in the morning always has a bad attitude. I’ve picked up orders for delivery, and ordered for myself several times, and it’s always the same. She looks at you like you’re stupid, and no matter what you ask her, you’re going to get a snarky response. I won’t be spending anymore of my money here.

There’s a shorter, sort of older lady that works there that has a nasty attitude. Not sure how she is still employed. She is so rude and is obviously in the wrong line of work. I avoid going there because of her, bad for business.

Arrived around 6:45 , 2 employees, one sweeping the floor and the other putting cookies away, we were not acknowledged with a hello we were ignored so we left after 5 minutes of standing at the counter. We never ordered any food. I’m not sure what had happened in society but a hi and we will be right with you would have got my attention and I would not writing this horrible review. Me and my family will not be going to any of the subways again.

I ordered the spicy steak nacho sandwich online. When I went to pick it up, they mentioned that they had a hick up. They ran out of the bread, and instead, they made my sandwich with the Italian bread I mentioned that I ordered a diferent thing and they replied I’m sorry but is going to take 45 minutes for that bread to come out. I was surprised with the customer service that I got…so I mentioned if the manager was available and one of them said…I’m the manager and I respond.. and that is the customer service that you are giving me? She replied, “You are not getting a free sandwich….OMG!!! I respond, all you have to say is I will give you a discount on your next order but you didn’t even say that!!!! After that she said next time call me and I give you a discount
Costumer service is not their priority. I mentioned to her….if you order a pizza and went you went to pick it up they mentioned yo you…I’m sorry but we run out regular crust so we made it with cauliflower crust….how would you feel?.
Also, I ordered a churro and never got it!!! What a mess
