Made a detour to stop at wawa because of the reputation. Felt a little let down because air station was out of order and ready food selection was poor.

One of the best Wawa in the area. The store is always clean, well stocked, and with a vast variety of snacks, drinks, etc. The fuel pumps are clean, free of trash and the credit card readers always work. The restroom is always clean, and that’s a good thing on the long car rides with the kiddos. Staff were all friendly, professional and courteous. When I’m passing through, I will always make time to stop at this Wawa location. Enjoy!

If I could put zero stars I would, There’s been numerous of times where I’ve received poorly made items from this particular location. Today takes the cake, I purchased a breakfast burrito and as i’m eating it, I noticed a black spec which at first I thought could’ve been pepper. Upon closely looking it was a bug, I will NEVER spend any more money at this location again. After returning to this location to raise awareness of my situation, the manager on duty said “I’ve never seen that before” and asked if I wanted my burrito remade. A bug in my food and the first thing you’re gonna ask me is if I want it remade. Absolutely ridiculous, so if you go to this location please be aware of what’s in your food! There was no proper investigation of the other resources used, she gave me my money back and went on with her day! 0/10 don’t recommend!

I visited the gas station to put air in my tires, when I was checking them my tire gauge broke. I went inside to buy one and luckily they had a few. That part of my experience was fine, but I absolutely regret wasting my money to buy food. The customer service was non-existent! They clearly don’t want to make money in-store. I placed my order and had to wait for my fries. No one acknowledged me or that I’d have to wait for them. A customer picked up his order and received the biggest “Have a good evening, Thank you” I heard coming from the counter. Nothing to me when I collected my order. I rarely buy food on the road and I will NEVER buy food from here again! Definitely not giving customer service with a smile, the French fries box lied

Am a frequent visitor of this store at all hours. Absolutely hate morning hours. Staff is rude and need to be replaced. Management is no better.
Manager Ashley is worst manager I have ever seen. She has no sense of work ethic and is very rude and disrespectful to her staff. While I waited for my pizza which took around 20 minutes because the staff were swamped with orders, she just walked around gathering her iced coffee and sipping on it. Over-heard her talking about one of her coworkers in a very negative way which was terrible to hear.
Staff on evening shift clearly need more guidance and training.
Absolutely love coming at night to get my things. Manager Cherly runs her shift very well.
