Management should do better. We reserved an indoor table for 8 PM on Valentine’s Day. We arrived at 8 and were told we’d need to wait 30 minutes because they had moved all outdoor reservations inside due to rain earlier in the evening. That would’ve been fine if they had informed us beforehand—but there was zero communication.
They asked if we’d be okay sitting in the lounge. Fine, we thought. The chairs were literally right in front of a live music performer. He was awesome, but who thought full-volume country music on Valentine’s Day was a good idea?
We asked for a different table. They then offered us an outdoor table and said they’d set up heaters to keep it warm. Fine, we thought again. Ten minutes in, the heater ran out of fuel, and we ended up eating in 55°F weather.
We love the food and the polite staff. But the management sucks.

I have been coming here for a year and I always have a great experience. Max is such a joy and the fact that he knows my drink order as he sees me sit at his bar makes me feel valued as a returning customer. His vibes are always on point and his service is always top tier. He honestly makes Adele’s what it is!!!! They should really consider changing the name to Max’s should they ever do a rebranding!

We honestly went here on a whim and I will say it was a great call.
Service was great had a few flaws but nothing to complain about.
Atmosphere was upbeat classy with a hint of artsy..
This is an amazing spot for a date night or just a few drinks..
The Wood first Brie, and the Birria Dumpling were devine..
We will for sure be returning when back in the neighborhood..
Give this place a shot the won’t be disappointed..

Adele’s is a very nice restaurant serving really good food in a very inviting and well appointed dining room. There are 2 patio areas outside. The Adele’s Supreme Pizza is absolutely delicious. Our friends had the Chicken Ceasar Wrap with a side of chicken and rice soup of the day and the Sour Dough Chicken Sammy. All in our party of 4 were extremely pleased with their meals. Our server Ashley was very attentive and helpful. The chef stopped by our table to check on our food quality and presentation. This would be a great place to have a lunch with friends, birthday celebration or a lovely dinner. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Adele’s is a gem! The shrimp scampi, lemon panini, and pepperoni pizza were all bursting with flavor. Great live music, welcoming vibe, and amazing staff from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back when we visit Marble Falls again!

We were a group of fifteen and the service could not have been better. The atmosphere was inviting even on a dreary day, and the food was very good and served in a timely manner. Everyone in our group enjoyed the experience and would recommend Adele’s to anyone planning a trip to Marble Falls.

My husband & I recently visited (first time) for a date night. Max was wonderful & made sure we had anything we needed. The food (sticky ribs & NY strip) & drinks were delicious. Great atmosphere & something different for the Hill Country! The Wednesday night 80s music was a great bonus.

This review is overdue. I was in on the evening of December 6. Our server was so pleasant and professional (Melanie). The food was amazing, very enjoyable atmosphere with live music and eclectic decor. Everything was wonderful, the only hitch in our experience was the extended wait times for our drinks. Other than that thank you again Melanie for making a normal dinner, exceptional . Will definitely recommend to friends

Our waitress Brittany was horrible. We had to ask other people to send her over Got one drink ordered our dinner. My husband got his mine was not correct. They made excuses. finally said they would fix it. My husband was done eating three tables got their food and ate and left. I still did not have my food they offered to put my steak in a box. I don’t think so!! We ended up leaving. I never got to eat my valentines dinner with my husband. Will never go back

Stopped by here after Longhorn Caverns. The patio was beautiful, our server Mike was great. Spinach artichoke dip was a 10/10!! Spaghetti with meatballs and chicken parm was also fantastic.
