Absolutely horrible! I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Bread is VERY hard…its crumbling just holding it like it was made days ago (it was not toasted). Placed online order over 2 hours before “ready time”, and they called AT the ready time to tell me they were out of ham. They messed up the condiments that I requested less, regular and extra… JUST DONT GO HERE! I KNOW I WONT BE GOING BACK!!

Very disapointed with my experence. So i went in there to get a normal meal and that bread was dry and state almost like its been out open all day and completely ruined my sandwhich. Went in at lunch time on 9-17-2025. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and chips. Total was $14.02. Handed the cashier a twenty dollar bill, change was $5.98 I asked if I could just use two pennies from the penny tray. The little Hispanic girl proceeded to tell me that it would mess up the till. I asked how would it mess up the till? I said if I give you the two Pennie’s then you give me back $6. Little girl asked how does that work in a snotty tone. I replied in a not so nice way as the little girl was being rude and said it’s common math ninety-eight cents to two cents equals one dollar. Then the little girl began to argue that it would mess up the till because she already entered the change. I said whatever it would not mess it up to which she replied, how would you know again in a snarky voice. I again said it’s common math but whatever. Little girl then said whatever is right. I said there’s no reason for you to be disrespectful because I’m right and you’re wrong. She said I’m not wrong though and those Pennie’s aren’t for you to use, I said what are they then, there was about 11-12 Pennie’s in the tray. The little girl said those are for tips. I said, tips it doesn’t say they are for tips. Little girl then proceeded to say that I can’t use them very snotty. I told her again you know you really shouldn’t argue with customers when you’re in the wrong and also shouldn’t be disrespectful. Little girl said I’m not being disrespectful, did I cuss you out or swear at you. I said you don’t have to use profanity to be tides and disrespectful. In all my years of going to Subway I have never been treated this way. If I’m wrong I’ll own it and even apologize for my mistake. This little girl needs a lesson in math and manners too. I would like the owner to reach out too please.

Order your food in person. If you choose to order through the app, just know your sandwiches will be made incorrectly and very sloppy.. I ordered 4 sandwiches and they were all made incorrectly, especially the one pictured. The sandwich is literally covered in the sauce.

This Subway in Tea truly rose to the occasion — and Michelle was the breadwinner of the whole experience! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like I was the hero (sandwich), not just a customer.
Michelle didn’t just meat expectations — she toasted them. Her energy was stacked higher than a footlong, and her attention to detail? Un-bread-lievable. She even helped me roll with a new flavor combo that totally lettuce to a new favorite — who knew banana peppers and garlic aioli were a match made in sub heaven?
The store was crustworthy and clean, the ingredients were fresh to the max, and the whole vibe was just deli-cious. Honestly, if all Subways were like this, I’d be loafing around one every day.
Michelle deserves a raise, a high five, and a footlong of appreciation. If you’re in Tea and need a bite, sub-scribe to this location immediately. It’s bready to impress.

Ordered from subway tonight through DoorDash because we didn’t want to go out. Ordered a footlong sandwich and got a 6 inch that looked like the most pitiful sandwich ever. they could not refund us through DoorDash and due to their error we were told we have to come in and get right sandwich, which defeats the purpose of DoorDash, the person at subway we talked to didn’t seem to know anything about anything. Will not order from them again!!
